A few steps up on the first level you will find a game room with a pool table, seating area with Smart TV and a wet bar featuring a sink, beverage refrigerator, and dishwasher. A master king bedroom with an ensuite bath completes this level.
Four more bedrooms occupy the second level: two master king rooms with ensuite baths; and a king and bunkroom that share a hallway bath. The final bedroom, a master king with ensuite bath is located on the third level – perfect for those who love to be close to the great room and kitchen. It’s here, in this casually elegant communal space, that families find their daily vacation rhythm. Start your day with coffee brewed in the fully equipped contemporary kitchen; sip it slowly on the adjoining deck as you look for wildlife in the marsh and trees. The meals you prep or grill on the gas grill can be served at the 10-seat dining table with an additional four seats at the bar. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
