Striking black-framed windows, showcasing sweeping mountain views, and ornate timber trusses add dramatic elegance to this chalet’s 8,064 square feet. Savor an evening of après drinks and lively discussions around the impressive floor-to-ceiling fireplace, where 3 plush couches alongside a stylish assortment of soft seating construct an intimate environment for entertaining. The impeccably curated kitchen features top-of-the-line appliances, sleek cabinetry, and polished stone countertops. An oversized island provides ample space for a spread of canapés and seats 7. The dining table is large enough to seat all 14 of your guests. An expansive deck beckons guests for an afternoon of grilling and dining alfresco under the unfiltered views of the Spanish Peaks. Built-in ski lockers, a tufted ottoman, cubbies, and hooks in the stately ski room cultivate a private lodge experience for effortless trips to the slopes. When it’s time to retire, a lavish primary bedroom embodies comfortable decadence with a fireplace and deck access.
The floating staircase leads to the airy top floor, featuring a restful lounge space with 2 lush armchairs. Down the hall are 3 exquisitely arrayed guest bedrooms with delightful views. The two bedrooms facing the Southeast have private decks with seating.
Downstairs, sink into the sumptuous sectional and unwind with a movie night streaming favorites on the Smart TV or partake in a friendly competition at the shuffleboard table. Pamper sore muscles with a relaxing soak in the hot tub. This floor has 1 deluxe bunk room and a beautiful guest bedroom.
