Stunning views of the ocean and nature surround you in this lovely getaway. Your soul has been yearning for the peace and beauty of island living that this ideal spot in paradise offers you. This 2 bedroom home has all the comforts you could possibly desire while being nestled in the small manufactured home community called "Bone Island". You are only a brief 10-15 Uber ride to all the excitement that is Key West and famous Duval Street, yet seconds to local restaurant favorites such as Hogfish Grill, Roostica or Chicos Cantina. Enjoy a trip to Hurricane Hole for happy hour and kayak tours from Lazy Dog or rent a boat for the day out of Stock Rock Cafe at Cow Key Marina.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES:
This stilted home is a rare find with all the important amenities you'll need to relax under sultry tropical stars and enjoy all the creature comforts indoors. After a fun day in Key West, exhale and unwind at this perfect retreat. Settle down on your clean and cozy furnishings for an evening of your favorite movies (cable tv and wifi included) and cook your fresh catch of the day in the fully-stocked kitchen, which includes a stainless refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a stackable washer/dryer in the unit.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS…
The primary suite features a plush king bed with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed for 2. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for additional accommodations.

OUTDOOR LIVING…
Enjoy elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean. The private dock is the perfect spot to watch gorgeous sunsets unfold at the end of the day and clean your fresh catch at the fish station. Wash the day off in the hot tub or jump in the ocean for a refreshing swim! No trailers (see PARKING below). Key Haven public ramp is 0.7 miles.
***The dock is 32 feet in length. Due to extreme tide fluctuation please refer to your tide charts for boating and dockage depths.

PARKING...
There is one private parking spot included with your stay. Trailer parking is not permitted, but Hurricane Hole Marina offers trailer parking for $25/day or $120/wk and they are just over a mile away.

PETS...
1 dog under 35 lbs is permitted at this home. Please include the size/breed when inquiring.

CONCIERGE SERVICES...
Enjoy our concierge service to assist you with planning activities for your trip, from bike/scooter/golf cart rentals to any excursion you can think of including snorkeling and sunset cruises, jet ski rentals, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, paddle boarding and much more. They can also have your fridge stocked with all the necessities in advance of your arrival!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was ideal; we were close to Duval Street. We took an Uber and were in Duval in 10 minutes. The deck was our favorite part of the house. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place.

The location is perfect. You're not on top of the hustle and bustle of the main island but you still have access to plenty of restaurants close by. We were able to fish off the back dock and we were able to see all kinds of the wildlife and see the beautiful sunrises. The house is exactly as is described. The beds are extremely comfortable comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was great just as described. Very clean, easy check in and felt like home. Backyard had plenty of privacy and the hot tub was fantastic. The location wasn’t too far from downtown duval street and ideal for our family to navigate the keys and Key West. Manager was very responsive and helpful. Definitely would stay here again.

This was a wonderful alternative to hotel. I will be staying here from now on. Had all the amenities I could ask for. There's nothing like going home with clean laundry. You have to see for yourself how peaceful sitting on the deck, with coffee in the morning or evening Drink. This was a great find. P.S. better than staying downtown, quitter.

Property is as advertised. Safe secure location. Parking is very tight, but right in front of the property. We enjoyed our stay.

First thing I noticed as soon as we arrived was how well the property was maintained. The house was very clean. The water is literally steps from the house! We thoroughly enjoyed being this close to the water. We sat out and watched the fish swim by and had the pleasure of seeing a manatee swim by as well. The next day we rented a boat not far from the house and was able to tie up right at the house. If you do this watch your low tide schedule. I would also recommend a very shallow running boat, we rented a panga which did fine. I highly recommend this property, very close to restaurants, convenient stores, CVS, and much more.
