The king guestroom on this second floor has a private bathroom while the two queen bedrooms share a bathroom. These three bedrooms also have smart TVs. The massive fifth bedroom is in the room over the garage (or the “FROG”) and is a perfect spot for kids. It can sleep up to four in one king bed, one twin bed, and another twin daybed and has a small sitting area with smart TV. There is a Pottery Barn crib with breathable Newton mattress and a Stokke high-chair as well that guests may use.

*Regarding Pool Heating: In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 10-15 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.

The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.

The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2024. If you are booking early, please note that club access options will be changing in 2025.

To access the club amenities, you must pick up or preorder your amenity card from the Seabrook amenity office. The card is a $15 refundable fee, and once the card is returned at the end of your stay, the fee is refunded. You can charge back to the amenity card, and it allows access to all of the Seabrook amenities.

All Sweetgrass rental properties include: bed linens, bath towels, access to washer/dryer, high-speed internet/WiFi, no-contact remote check-in process, and a one-day starter supply kit of necessities (ex. paper towel roll, toilet paper, one trash bag, one packet of detergents, single-use soaps, and a package of coffee).
