Growing up in the 90s, this airbnb was a fun vibe to create. From tamagotchis to a Darth Vader toaster, you will be taken back to the 90s when you step into this retro retreat. Guests will enjoy an open living area with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen, and two funky bedrooms. There is one bathroom, with a washer and dryer. As you step into the house, you walk into the living room and the kitchen. As you walk down the hallway, there is the single bathroom with the washer and dryer. . At the end of the hallway are both bedrooms across from each other. They both have comfortable queen beds and smart t.vs.

*Please know that the bathroom space is tight, as we had to decide between a tight bathroom and no washer and dryer. So we opted for the tight bathroom space with a washer and dryer. But we have added full length mirror to each bedroom to help with getting ready.

Guests have access to the whole house. It is a duplex, so a wall is shared between the two units.

I am available by phone and prefer to message through the app. We are local and can come if anything is needed.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of no loud music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents.

OCCUPANTS. The total number of individuals staying on the Premises should not exceed 6. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host. Please let us know in advance if you plan to have any visitors at the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

Extra Charges: A $50 extra cleaning fee will be added if confetti or glitter is used for a party and requires extra cleaning. Pet: If you bring a pet and there is excessive pet hair on the furniture and in the bedrooms an additional cleaning cost may be incurred.

SMOKING POLICY. Smoking on the Premises is prohibited. Guests will be charged the $850 (yes its a lot, but this is the cheapest option we can find) it costs to get a company to come and get rid of the smell of smoke if our cleaner can not get rid of it.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
