This is the PERFECT family getaway. A magnificent PRIVATE waterfront 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on beautiful Lake Hartwell. You won't have to drive through endless trashy trailer parks to get here. This part of the lake is gorgeous in a quiet wooded area and we are on a huge 5 acre lot. Enjoy a dock in a quiet deep water cove where you don't have to worry about the kids being run over by drunk boaters. The lot is level so bring grandma too! And you get a view of the lake from the wraparound porch and swing on the patio near the fire pit.
Enjoy the gentle walk down to the dock. There is a 2 seater peddle boat a kayak and lots of lake toys available for your use around the lake! Explore the stream on the property. Grill out on the huge deck with provided propane. Make smores in our firepit with plenty of firewood available.
As if the lake and outdoor activities weren't enough, this spacious home is stocked with games galore as well as 2 smart TVs and high speed wifi. Ask about booking a private chef for an additional charge!
You might also want to take a short ride down the street to the Safari camp to feed the wildlife.
Don’t miss the walking trail along Hartwell Lake Dam with great photo ops at sunrise and sunset. Then stop in town on your way back and have lunch at Market 50 or dinner at the brewery or 329 restaurant. Check out the local list for other great things to see and do. Oh and don’t forget to check out our beautiful golf course.
Our property offers convenient boat access to several lakeside dining spots, including Tilly's Tiki Bar and Grill, The Galley, The Local, and Boathouse Grill.
Reed Creek General Store has everything you need for a day on the lake.
Dock Depot is also nearby for lake essentials like tubes and floats.
Walmart at 1572 Anderson Hwy,
Hartwell, GA 30643 is a great place to preorder groceries to pick up for your trip.
Less than 5 minutes away, the Hartwell Wildlife Safari.
Paynes Creek Campground, also 5 minutes away, features a 9-mile hiking and biking trail, along with playgrounds, beaches, and more.
Historic downtown Hartwell, just 15 minutes away, is perfect for exploring charming restaurants and unique boutiques.
Cateechee Golf Club, one of Northeast Georgia’s top courses, located 20 minutes from the house.
If you're bringing a boat, the Reed Creek Boat Ramp is a 12 minute drive and closest put-in.
Payne's Creek Campground offers another ramp with a courtesy dock.
The Pontoon boat is NOT included. Boat rentals are available at both Harbor Light Marina and Hartwell Marina.
