BR 1: 2 king-sized beds, full bathroom, crib, and a 40" TV BR 2: ULTRA king-sized bed, starry night theme nook, and a 40" TV BR 3: 3 full/full bunk beds, a cozy nook, and a 40" TV BR 4: Game Room with a Queen Pullout Couch and a 43" TV The stunning kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, tile countertops, and all the essentials - including coffee for a perfect start in the morning. The dining area in the house seats 12 guests, but feel free to host an outdoor dining or BBQ party in your own backyard patio lounge area with a fire pit, BBQ, and HOT TUB! Please note that there is a second detached 1-BR unit on the property that hosts up to 4 other guests that are not allowed to your outdoor space. Please be advised that external cameras have been set up on the property for your safety and our assurance that the property remains serene and peaceful for all guests to enjoy. During winter months, traveling can be risky due to potential snow storms. We provide plowing services, but during severe storms, it may take some time for the driveway to be cleared. Shovels are provided, but it is a rare occurrence. We recommend having chains available for your vehicles during the winter months to ensure safe and easy travel. It is always advised to check the weather forecast before traveling to the area during the winter season. Guests are granted complete access to the house. We have ensured that our place is comfortable for your stay, and we hope you enjoy your time here! There are plenty of parking spaces in the driveway area, please do not park in front of the 1-BR unit as that space is reserved for the other guests. SAME DAY BOOKINGS: Please note that check-in is any time after 7 p.m. (For checking in on the same day you booked, our handymen, pest control, other utility service workers, and cleaners may be working on the property and need enough time to prepare the property), if the property is ready before 7 pm, we would let you know. We also have a 24/7 contact team during your stay that can be reached via text/call.

Wanted to find a base location for a snowboarding trip and came across this location. Was really glad i did! The host was really accomdating and on top of vetting to me with all my questions. The area is close by everythong ypud lile to do around the yosemite area and comfortably fit my group. Also biggest bed ive ever seemn

My family and I had a great time staying at this home for Thanksgiving 2023. It comes featured with plenty of games and plenty of space. There were a few things we lacked..there were only a few medium and small pots and pans to cook with, there were not enough toiletries or trash bags for our entire stay, there were no oven mitts. These are minor things, but it did force us into town several times to pick each item up upon realizing it was missing or we were quickly running out of. We enjoyed the house and it felt like home away from home. I definitely would recommend and love to come back.
