Nestled amid beautiful landscaping and tranquil waterfront surroundings, the community offers fantastic amenities, including a lakefront lawn, picnic area, playground, community lake access, and a dedicated dock slip (available Memorial Day through Labor Day).

The home features a convenient ground-floor entry from the front porch, leading into a welcoming landing area. Inside, the living room offers contemporary furnishings and a smart TV, perfect for relaxation and entertainment. The light-filled interior showcases stunning views of the lake and nearby ski slopes. Upstairs, the recreation room provides additional space for fun with another TV, board and video games, and comfortable seating for sharing stories and making memories. Outside, a lakeside patio and balcony invite you to savor peaceful outdoor living.

Check-in time: 4:00 pm.
Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

It was only me and my husband but we could have comfortably had another couple and a few kids there. Convenient walking distances to lots of fun stuff and food. Clean, comfortable and great view of the lake

While this property is ready for some updates, there's no denying it was the perfect set-up for our group. The location, being on the water, the cleanliness of the house, were all great. We were close to a bunch of activities, but mainly our family just enjoyed hanging out at the house, fishing on the dock and playing in the water! We would stay here again!

Let me start with the positives. The location is great! It's so nice to be able to walk out the back door and have the lake right there. The location is close to FunZone and Funland and activities like kayaking. The townhouse was clean but rather basic. The negative for me was that it wasn't really up to my standards. I was cooking for everyone and there were no basic ingredients like salt and pepper or olive oil. It's an electric stove with cheap pots and pans. The place is worn and needs a paint job. If you are staying for a short time or just using it as a place to sleep after a long day of activities, it's fine. We were there for two nights and it worked out well, but after just staying at a beautiful place that was stocked with everything, it was a bit of a disappointment. Again, I recommend this place for a short stay and for its ideal location.

We enjoyed our lakeside stay at Hartwood K! The location was great! The unit was well stocked in both bathrooms and the kitchen, and the washer and dryer were very appreciated after wet and cold kayaking adventures! The property could definitely use some updates, but nothing that prevented us from enjoying our stay!
