In the wintertime, enjoy world-class skiing at Stratton and Bromley, or explore the VAST network of snowmobile trails. During the spring and summer months, you can explore one of the many great hiking trails around Mt. Equinox, or shop and dine your way through the charming town of Manchester. Golfers can also tee it up at Stratton Mountain Golf Course. Any free time during the fall season will most likely be spent leaf-peeping.
Year-round views of Stratton Mountain abound from the home's private deck, which also includes a barbecue grill for summertime cookouts. A large leather sofa, board games, and a smart TV are ready to welcome cozy family fun in the living room. The downstairs bunk room also includes a smart TV and living area for added flexibility. The furnished loft landing offers a pair of binoculars, comfortable chairs, and a dedicated desk for bird-watching, reading, or remote working. A full suite of major kitchen appliances, countertop gadgets, and plenty of prep space make it easy to plan home-cooked meals.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
