We went for a weekend get away and it was the perfect setting and room for what we were looking to experience!
2.5
Great location; quiet at night, nice woodsy environment but
Close to other towns Heber and Midway for restaurants, groceries etc.
Very friendly staff.

We stayed one night for a quick get away. It was a very quiet place to stay.
4.0
It is very peaceful except for the surprise concert on Saturday night the noise was unbelievable however the manager did refund the money for our stay that night.

Nice, quite easy to get to if in Heber/Park City area. I will definitely stay there again!

Great customer service

Other than the good price on a busy weekend in Heber, super friendly front desk, and being quiet, there isn’t many positives to write about. The cabin only had a/c on one side, the bed was uncomfortable, shower is tiny, the Wi-Fi signal was horrible (we had hardly any phone service, therefore we couldn’t stream anything to watch on a tablet, which we had to do at night due to there being no tv. (Cabin info says a tv in a common area, we mistaked that for the unit, but it was for a clubhouse area). Speaking of the clubhouse, we couldn’t use it either night, due to their being a get together reserved, so plan for that too.

We stayed in a yurt. It was so cute and just right for our weekend away.

Adorable glamming experience. Great location helpful staff

Nice place to get away for the price and it’s in an area no traffic. Will stay again.

The ac was broken in our room. Tried to contact the office but they had gone home for the day by 5:30pm. It was so terribly hot and uncomfortable.
Staff was super nice during check in but the heat overtook our experience.
5.0
We stayed in what the property labels as a yurt. A yurt is made of canvas, and these structures were wooden and as a result are much more stable and comfortable. It is a single room with a closed in bathroom and shower. No tv (yeah! go outside!), plenty of things to do within easy driving distance from the ziplines on Deer Creek resevoir to the alpine coaster at Park City. Float the Provo river, enjoy fine dining or grab a burger and a beer in Park City. We will be back.
4.0
Scenic area, our cabin had a small creek running through the backyard. Nice amenities, billiards, cornhole, etc. Very friendly staff. Very quite the night of our stay.
Window mount A/C could barely keep up (was almost 100 degrees outside during our stay).
No television in the cabin, free wi-fi but was slow at times.

Really beautiful place to stay! I really was in need of a washer/dryer for my clothes... the room was huge, and easy to use. Supplies in the office store made my washing easy. Loved staying here!

The air conditioning in the cabin did not work. Also don’t understand the need for two TVs especially if they don’t work

Checking in was so simple. Our cabin was clean and just fine for us. We did think it was odd the master bedroom didn’t have a fan but the other room had the ac and a fan. Very quiet

Arriving was scary, the lady yelled at my mother for checking in late even though we called and left two voicemails telling them we would be late due to car trouble. The front door to our cabin would not lock and it felt very unsafe. The windows would not lock and were broken. I opened the closet to hang up a shirt and the shelf fell on my and bruised my arm. The bed had bugs in it, under it, and on top of it. The bathroom was dirty. I moved the bed to plug in my phone and the headboard fell and broke. My mother and I did not feel safe at all, and stayed up for 5 hours until we could find another place to stay, then returned the key and left. Would not recommend staying here. Very unsafe feeling. Very unkind people running it.

This is a very fun property! A few things I wish I knew before going, bring extra chairs if you like staying inside. There are two chairs inside the traditional cabin. There is a picnic table outside so we did a lot outside. There is a fire pit so bring things for that. If you are visiting with kids, bring lots of quarters. They have a pool table and arcades. There is a change machine but it gets empty quickly. The staff are super helpful and friendly. This place is a great place to have indoor amenities but also gives you the feel of camping. There are a lot of things to do nearby but this property is tucked back away from all the commotion.

They say checkout is at 11:00 and checking after 3:00. we checkin at 3:30. They gave us the room, but on entering, it had not been cleaned from the day before. We thought we would change and head out and a lady showed up to do the cleaning. There was still garbage in the room afterward, including a bandaid left over from before sitting above the soap dispenser in the shower. The room never quite got cold enough and the cooler was running rather loudly the whole time. For the price, while roomy, there was really not much to it. The wifi never worked. I would guess you understaffed, too few wifi routers and access to really handle the amount of people there, and the room cooler was meant for a room half the size of the place we stayed.

Bedbugs! Yes... we all had bites all over our bodies after renting a cabin here last weekend. Description of the place is very misleading. It said the cabin had a 42" TV and the pictures look very nice. Unfortunately, not all the cabins are nice and ours did not have a TV. Looking into it further if you read below the description it says "in common area". Not too big of a deal since we didnt really plan on watching TV, but also said the cabin came with a coffee maker. It did not. You have to pay for coffee in the main building if you want any. The common area has arcade games and a pool table. Our kids enjoyed that the first night, but the second night it had a sign that it was closed for an event. We inquired what the event was and it was a fundraiser. When asked what the fundraiser was, we got told it was for their own family. Hmmmm. So, you close down an area that is part of the facility to raise funds for yourself. After discovering the bug bites and actually seeing the bedbugs, we called them as soon as we got back home. The lady I talked to said that it was not bedbugs it was mayflies that bit us. Look it up! mayflies dont bite, and we even sent pictures of the bedbugs discovered. Dont stay here!

The view and the cabin was clean people were friendly

My stay in a Classic Cabin was barely acceptable. The unit was clean, everything that you would need in the kitchen you either bring or “pay for package”. It wasn’t clear what would be included. There was no salt, pepper, coffee maker, toaster, dish soap etc. Obviously, the interior paint job was unfinished and the window air conditioner in the front room required that the door remain open to service the complete unit. The Wi-Fi/internet was off line my entire stay. I was told the hot temps had “Fried the wires”. This was cabin 64.

Knowing what I know now and if we ever stay there again, I would: 1. Bring my own shampoo and conditioner 2. Never stay in their yurts again! 3. Bring pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils as well as cooking utensils (NONE OF THAT IS SUPPLIED) 4. Be prepared for their window A/C unit to freeze (we left settings where they asked us to keep it and it still froze) 5. Do not expect a good quality bed. (My back is killing me). I wish we could have stayed in one of the cabins instead, cause the pictures of the cabins looked much nicer than the yurts.
In their defense, it is a cute quiet and peaceful property. Very friendly staff and very warm water for the showers.
It’s not a hotel so don’t expect luxury, but for the price it was good. The main things that would have made it great for me would to have had a better window A/C unit and a much better bed and a TV would have been nice. I still recommend you try them out. I could see us staying with them again, BUT ONLY if we can get into a cabin!

We needed a place to stay while we attended a baseball tournament. Hotels were booked so we settled on these completely furnished cabins. We were not expecting to rough it, but we were also not expecting hotel luxury. We knew we would need to eat out, although there was a kitchen. There was no table, no common area inside and it legit was a shell of a house. I’m glad I brought soap, shampoo and conditioner or after a hot day watching ball we would have only been able to rinse off. The only air conditioner and ceiling fan was located in the bunk bed room on one side of the cabin. In the big room there was no fan, no window and no air flow. Your only hope was to leave all doors open and hope air would travel from one end to the other. Temperatures were in triple digits during our stay. The big room was unbearably hot! A dirty sock was left in the bathroom, shower nozzle was broke off, and every door handle broke no locking. We had to ask for bedding. The lady was very nice and retrieved it but was certain that it had been left in the closet. All closets were empty. Big room did have bedding and TV was not in room and cable hanging. Wi-Fi did not work and we struggled for reception. Had we known what fully furnished and details really meant, we would have prepared better. It was unfortunate and a costly stay where no one was comfortable. It was like Goldie Locks but nothing was just right. Big rooms bed was hard and room hot. Bunk room beds were too soft and room was freezing.

This was perfect. Close to Heber and the staff @ Rivers Edge were very nice. Loved our quaint little cabin.

Our stay was amazing. I was unsure of what would be provided as far as bedding and towels so we brought our own. The front desk was so nice and directed us to a very nice restaurant to eat and it was so good. I would highly recommend staying.

The yurt we stayed in was quite hot. There was a small A/C unit, but it wasn’t enough to keep it comfortable. We stayed in July during a heat wave, so that may have been an exception.

This property is very unique with the camp and cabin options. It’s in a great location with beauty around. We had a great stay! It was a little tough with communication from employees because there aren’t many, but they did their best.
3.0
I didn’t like that Expedia booked the worst cabin for my stay, with no chance to change it.
3.0
The "river" is an 8 foot wide drainage ditch and the cabin comes with no plates dinnerware or glasses. Management claims it is a health requirement because they have no commercial dishwasher. There was a small fridge and a hotplate still in the box. The place was clean and well kept but privacy is limited considering this is a country property.

Very peaceful and beautiful. Room is very comfortable. The shower was awesome, and the towels were awesome!

We stayed at one of the smaller cabins and had a great time. The staff was super kind when I called in to request a patio that faced the creek and check in was a breeze. We thought we needed to bring bedding and were surprised that there were quilts on the bed. The campground was pretty quiet for our stay and we wished we had time to stay more nights.
The King bed was quite stiff and it might have been helpful to know that the door locks automatically (thankfully one of us was inside), but overall we had a great time.
We enjoyed cabin 53!

Perfect for glamping, bring your bedding, pots pans and utensils. Loved the fullsize fridge, two burner stove. Would stay again.

Our stay was good. Just a couple of suggestions, bigger fire pit, later down the road have a hot tub or pool put in for the guest. Thank you!

The yurt was so much fun! The property was very quiet (which my husband and I appreciated) and the staff was very friendly.

This property looked nothing like the pictures. It was a tiny dirty yurt. There was nothing nearby and no views. It is at the base of the dam so you can’t even see the lake.

Had my large little family at this property and it was amazing. They had a blast with the live music and large grassy area. The yurt was cozy and we had a fantastic time! They were also super nice and very accommodating!

Checking in wasnt good. They fidnt have a record of our reservation from expedia on there reservstion system
They found it but it didnt transfer to there system? They had a cabin that i think was taken out of service waiting repairs. It was satisfactory and we were happy to have a place to stay.
3.0
Room smelled and wasn’t the best. It was practical and fine for a one night stay.
