The space
An architectural masterpiece, Villa Tu'Uk becomes one with its majestic jungle surroundings. It flows from interior to exterior, creating a striking interaction between home and nature.

The square foot open concept floor plan has a spacious great room and kitchen combo that takes full advantage of the spectacular setting.
It has incredible style and use of natural elements - wood, slate and stone mixed with comfortable furnishings for the perfect escape with panoramic garden views framed by expansive concrete walls in one, long beautiful sight line.
It features comfortable seating, flatscreen TV and a showpiece water mirror. It opens up to the fully equipped kitchen with gas range and large center island. Plus it has all the small appliances and cooking utensils needed to make the chef in the family feel right at home.

If you do decide to leave your peaceful retreat, you re right in the heart of La Veleta - just a few minutes away from Tulum Downtown and the beautiful Tulum Caribbean Beach.
Guest access
Access to the entire villa, except technical room and storage.
Our staff will have access to the property to ensure cleaning and maintenance during your stay.
* We only work with one chef, external vendors are not allowed in the property for security reasons.
Other things to note
*Check-in: 4:00 PM
*Check out: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are not available. Our team needs the complete period of time to ensure that our property would be in great conditions.
*Daily cleaning will be between 12:00pm - 3:00pm
*Pool maintenance will be between 9:00am - 12:00pm
*Towels are changed for free every 5 days. Let us know if you want us to change them more often, we can do that for an extra charge*
** Please note that you may not bring outside staff into the property under any circumstances unless preauthorized by The Strabon team….**
**It is strictly PROHIBITED:
-to hold parties,
-Exceed the number of people on the original reservation
-smoking throughout the property.
**We are a Smoke free Villa, so If you light up or vape inside the villa, or if traces of cigarettes are found, we will charge you $250 UDS smoking fee.
**In the Mayan jungle the presence of mosquitoes is usually common, so we recommend bringing mosquito repellent.
** Internet disclaimer: We have the best internet provider in Tulum, however,internet in Tulum is not as good as in the big cities. We are always available and ready to contact the internet provider if it's not working correctly but we can't be responsible for it.
**Electricity disclaimer: Electricity in Tulum town is provided by CFE. Though is rare, it had happened that they cut electricity without notice. This circumstance is beyond our control. We will always be available to call CFE if their service go down but we cannot make ourselves responsible for it.
