Additionally, a convenient half-bath can be found on the second floor, and the balcony off the living room offers a relaxing spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Access to the second floor is made easy with the building's elevator.
On the first floor, you'll discover the spacious primary suite, which opens to a covered porch. Furnished with a charming king bed, a chaise lounge, two linen swivel chairs, and a flat-screen TV, this suite provides a comfortable retreat. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a double vanity. The guest bedroom suite on the first floor offers a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and an ensuite bath with a shower and single vanity. The other guest bedroom boasts roomy queen-over-queen bunks and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and single vanity.
Not only does this condo provide a luxurious space to stay, but it also grants you access to all of the fantastic Watercolor amenities, including the WaterColor Beach Club, pools, and boat house. Plus, its convenient location allows for a short walk to Seaside, FL, where you can enjoy the beach, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Per WaterColor HOA, all guests 5 years of age or older must be included in your adult guest total in order to receive wristbands to access amenities and pools. This home is allotted 6 wristbands.
Please note that WaterColor condominium buildings are not equipped with exterior outlets for the purpose of charging golf carts/Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). Concierge Cottages does not supply guests with extension cords for charging purposes either, as this presents a safety hazard. Guests who choose to rent a golf cart/LSV while staying at a WaterColor condo should discuss charging requirements and battery life with the company supplying the golf cart.
