About this apartment rental

Spectacular ocean and mountain views from this bright, secure condo. Perfect for sunset viewing. Sparkling salt-water pool. Comfortable queen bed.

Inflation-buster rates available through April 2025.

We must have the legal names of both guests at least seven (7) days before your arrival. First and last names as they appear on your ID, either drivers license or passport, etc.

Both guests must be at least 25 years old.

Guests must rent a vehicle. No Uber/Lyft etc. or cabs. No walk-ins. No borrowing vehicles. Guests must agree to and pay all parking fees. These are charged by, and payable to, the condo association and not the host.

Our unit is not suitable for babies or children. Guests are not allowed to host guests.

Check-in time is 4 p.m. or thereafter on the date of arrival unless approved otherwise by the host.

Reliable, high-speed wi-fi. Central air conditioning. Shared laundry room near the elevator on our floor (2 washers, 2 driers, card operated).

We had events planned on the west side of the Island of Oahu so we decided to stay in Makaha and were very pleased to find this studio property. It was perfect for the two of us. Great ocean and mountain views from the room. A convenient little kitchen to make meals. The host supplied plenty of towels and linens as well as the laundry detergent for the washer and dryer which were located down the hall.The property staff and security were very polite and accomodating. Nice pool area too. Overall we had a very relaxing stay. Mahalo Joe

Great condo. Nice bathroom and kitchen remodels to an older property have kept this unit up to date! Joe gave a lot of helpful information about the condo, do's, don't's and the island in general!!! Clean, comfy, and great views. Wonderful jumping off point to a fun Oahu experience! Thanks Joe!

We were two people staying at the apartment. Joe is a wonderful host and has lovely tips & tricks handy. We would recommend Joes place, because of the stunning ocean view. You can view the sunset while eating on the balcony!

This condo has a stunning view of both the mountains and ocean, and the grounds are both safe (gated with 24-hour security) and beautiful. (If you’ve never seen peacocks up close, you’re in for a treat!) The unit is clean, well-maintained (with a beautiful new shower), and amply stocked with towels, dishes, and other amenities. It’s on the small side but perfect for one or two people. The bed and bedding were comfortable. But the highlight is the patio set on the balcony, because that’s where you’ll want to relax when you’re not out enjoying the island. This end of the island is very non-touristy and locals-only, so there are not a lot of restaurants or attractions. But the beaches are gorgeous and free of crowds, and the people could not be friendlier. The host was on-top of communications at all times and very easy to work with. He provided very detailed info about places to eat, local attractions, navigating this part of the island, visitor information in general, and even updates on local road construction. I’ve stayed at lots of rentals, and I’ve never gotten that level of information. Plus his restaurant and bar recommendations were spot-on! I would be happy to stay here again.

Absolutely loved the location and views. Everything we needed and the most beautiful west side views. If you want tourist spots, picn elsewhere. But as for more local vibes and absolute beautiful sunsets and beach access. Peacocks everywhere, which are gorgeous but noisy. Sound a like cats crying, it didn't bother us but someone who is a light sleeper might not love this. Lastly the cleaniness of the place left some room for improvement, bedding was dirty and we had to wash all dishes and silverware before using. I feel like this might have been just an oversight, but overall we loved our stay and would stay again. I just hope a little more attention to the cleanliness in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Honestly loved the place.

The stay was above and beyond all of my expectations!!! Location, views, communication with the host, welcoming surroundings!!! I am definitely a returning guest to this place! Expecial thanks for constant communication, suggestions and reminders from a host. It was Very helpful! Highly recommended place to stay!

Older condo unit with some upgrades and well appointed with amenities and security. Distance from tourist destinations reflected by the price of stay. Overall very happy !

Out of the way for most of the touristy stuff, but stunning view when you wake up in the morning. Amazing shower pressure and temperature stays HOT. Water filter on sink was nice. Locks a little temperamental. Not being upfront about having to pay the office for parking in the listing and finding out after I booked it with no cancellation policy was a tad uncool.

The condo was really cute, comfy, and we loved the open air atmosphere. The host was very helpful! The property management office was the only down side. They were not the easiest to work with. Requiring a cash payment for parking permission but with old banking hours….
