This delightful 300 sqm “mas” is an 8-minute walk from the centre of Saint Rémy de Provence. Renovated throughout allying contemporary and traditional elements, it is beautifully appointed and entirely air-conditioned. Decoration is in the process of completion.
Enjoying a view of the Alpilles mountain range, it is set in 3000 sqm of landscaped grounds planted with olive and cypress trees and featuring a secure heated 12x6 metre swimming pool (shutter, alarm), terraces, a boules pitch and a swing for children.
It includes a spacious living/reception room, a dining room, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a utility area, a veranda sitting room/study with a sofa bed (fiber-optic internet) opening onto a terrace, and a suite with a bathroom, a study, a TV and a dressing room.
The upper floor comprises a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds sharing a bathroom, a suite with a double bed and a private shower room, and a self-contained apartment with a living room, a kitchenette, a double bedroom and a shower room. This benefits from a terrace enjoying a mountain view, and could be either separate or opened onto the main accommodation as desired.
Included in the tariff:
- A complete set of bath and bed linen for each week booked
- 3h cleaning
- 8 hours cleaning on departure
5 bedrooms – maximum occupancy 10 (children included)
