Welcome to our cozy abode located in the serene Willow Forest of Tomball, Texas. This is a corner lot in the back of the neighborhood allowing for a peaceful stay with you and your family. We are pet friendly and have a large gated backyard for all your furry friends! Conveniently located near 99 and 2920. This property has onsite CCTV on the entire exterior and on camera for the inside living area.

I will start by saying I do not normally give bad reviews. If I have issues with a property, and I stay in a lot, I always reach out to the owner for resolution & never say anything on the review if it gets resolved. This property is in a very quiet neighborhood, & we enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of friends in town for an event. The guys loved the pool table, the dining table was great for the gals to sit & talk, the large couch was great for everyone to hang out, & the layout of the home was perfect. Moving onto the things that didn't sit well with us. I tried to contact the owner when we checked in so he was aware, & then I tried to contact him before writing this review. I have not received a call back, so decided to put it here. I just feel if he is paying for someone to clean the home, he needs to be aware of the concerns so they can be corrected. Most of the beds only had a fitted sheet & spread, with no top sheet. There were dirty towels in the bathroom hamper & not enough towels for everyone, so we did a load of laundry. There was a comforter left in the washer that we had to re-wash & dry because it smelled sour from sitting. There was open food on the counter & dirty dishes in the dishwasher that stunk bad when we opened it. It felt as if the cleaning crew came in quickly, did minimal things & left. Overall, the property was good & I would stay there again, but it just didn't feel 100% clean. Definitely something that can be corrected.

We and extended family stayed here since it was close to where we were meeting others. Plenty of room for all of us. Linens and everything was well stocked. The kitchen utensils were a little thin, but we bought paper plates and foil pans. The AC was either off or set for 80 when we got there and didn’t go down till after 9pm that night. The owner was very communicative with us and helped during that day though. We would stay again if needed!

The space is adequate as far as basic needs. Extra furnishings are minimal. No hand towels in the bathrooms or even kitchen towels. We had a group of 11 and there would not have been enough dishes for all of us had we had any meals while there. No Kleenexes or even a minimal amount of coffee for the Keurig. From my experience these have commonly been provided. for as nice as the patio is, there were no chairs or a table provided to be able to enjoy. Not to be a negative Nancy, all the suggestions would be good to know for next occupant or owner.

Our stay was awesome; our host and his team were very accommodating. Everything about our experience was perfect; the only thing we were somewhat unsatisfied with was the camera in the living room.

It was in a really nice neighborhood. I was happy we got to check in early upon the property managers approval. It was a nice 5bdr home in general. But a couple of the beds weren't stable not a huge issue but manager should check it out. I loved the master bedroom and bathroom was my fave part of the house. And he should spray outside for pest because it was a lot of activity nothing inside the home though. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

We went with a few families for an event in the Woodlands and this property fit the bill. Enough room to spread out and plenty of beds for all.

The bedrooms were nice and spacious as well as the living room. The lawn badly needed mowing. There was work debris from inside the house piled up right next to parking outside. The inside had been partly painted and patched as a do it yourself or a cheap contractor. Looked like it was flipped to be rented out but it just wasn’t ready.

The owner was very friendly and super responsive. The house turned out perfect for what we needed, as we had my in-laws with us and they needed their own space where they didnt have to climb stairs. Thr bathtub in the master is divine! We will definitely be booking again next year if they will have us!

Admittedly didn’t read closely was looking for a place with at least one downstairs bedroom bc my elderly parents were staying with us. The home is work in process. It wasn’t awful but downstairs bathroom is only half so my parents still had to go up the stairs to shower. My SIL had to hang a blind in the guest room they chose. The guest bathroom shower doesn’t drain well. The master shower has no lighting. The master toilet light I think has bad wiring bc it sometimes wouldn’t come on. The downstairs bed did t have a flat sheet. No blower dryer or iron/ ironing board. The downstairs bedroom was very cold and the table are was too. We noticed vents closed. No towels were laid out in bathrooms. We found some in the master closet. But also my parents always bring their own so they wanted to dry theirs to restore in their bags and couldn’t because the washer and dry were full of other stuff.we were told we could be in by 2 but didn’t get the pin until almost 3 from VRBO bc host was busy.
