Come discover this beautiful, unique and spacious St Pete home. This home is a haven and has a tranquil back yard. You can sit out front and watch the squirrels and birds or site out back and enjoy the quietness. This house sleeps 8 guests with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the third bedroom. The house is pet friendly with a non refundable pet deposit of $250. There is a washer and dryer in the house for your use. The kitchen has newer appliances. There is 2 flat screen TV's and free WIFI. You will enjoy the relaxing weather in the large, fenced, private back yard. There is room for parking 2 vehicles. You will not find another house like this one! Come enjoy the charms of St Pete - Great for short term stays of 30 days or more.
No View - This home is less than a quarter - a half mile from all of your shopping needs - Target, Kohl's, Ross, Publix, Wawa, Glory Days Grill and so much more!
• ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE
• Children under the age of 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during the hours of 11pm -8am. This is a private condominium or home and there are year round occupants that live in
the neighborhood. While you are on vacation, they may not be.
• All trash is to be bagged and put in the garbage can. Garbage pick up is on Thursday and Monday. Garbage can will need to be placed at the street for pick up.
• Cars must be pulled into the driveway.
