Cooled by central air-conditioning, the home's interior boasts high ceilings, warm wood finishes, and ultra-comfortable furnishings. The two expansive living rooms offer pleasant spots to sit back and stream your favorite TV shows and movies. The chef of your family will adore the full kitchen's ample meal prep space, center island, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, dine next to the dual-sided gas fireplace's warmth at the formal dining table or alfresco by the pool.
The home boasts two primary suites with impressive en suite bathrooms with jetted tubs and walk-in showers. The guest bedrooms are just as inviting, with perks like high-quality linens and ceiling fans. Other notable interior perks include a remote workspace, a separate laundry room, and a furnished sunroom.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s).
This unit is not equipped with cable.
First level - primary bedroom with the spiral staircase to the second floor office/bedroom is an open space and is not a private room.
The pool is open year round with a daily heating fee.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
