Cabin Highlights:

• Wood burning fireplace with two comfy reading chairs next to the fireplace…MMM COZY
• Large outdoor decks to enjoy the surrounding pine and aspen trees and listen to the babbling creek
• Weber grill (natural gas) for grilling during the non-winter months on outside deck.
• Board games (adult and kid) provided to enjoy during your stay.
• Ski locker located at cabin
• Private desk located in the loft
• 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (1 with private deck, jetted tub/shower), 3rd bathroom for common area and beds in loft.
• Newly renovated: new floors, kitchen, appliances, furnace and tankless water heater
• Highspeed WI-Fi and new 65” TV - XBOX in the loft with its own TV
• 3 minute on demand (free) shuttle ride to the SKI and MTN Biking lifts, Northstar village and the recreation center. Picks you up and drops you off right in front of the house. Northstar village include: Shopping, Dining, Movie Theatre, Ice Skating Rink (Winter), Roller Skating Rink (Spring/Summer/Fall), Coffee shops, Ice Cream / Dessert Shops and Bars.
• Recreation center includes – hot tubs, pool, lap pool, kiddie pool, splash pad, workout facility, basketball court, pickleball courts, tennis courts, playground for kids, bocce ball, horseshoes, bean bags and video arcade with foosball table and ping pong table. Access to the NPOA recreation center is $10/person/day for any renting guest ages 5+. Towel Rentals available at the Rec Center for $2/towel. Visitors are welcome to bring in their own.

• Hiking trailheads 1 minute walk from cabin
• LAKE TAHOE BEACH: 12 minute drive to Kings Beach; beach chairs, beach towels, beach toys and YETI cooler, included to use for your stay at no additional cost
• Lots of access points to MTN biking
• Fishing poles included for use during your stay to enjoy nearby lake or stream fishing
• CLOSE TO IT ALL FOR ALL SEASONS: Lake Tahoe (12 Minutes), Downtown Truckee (8 Minutes), Palisades Tahoe or Sugar Bowl (30 minutes), Martis Camp (11 Minutes), Reno Airport (42 Minutes)
POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
• Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
• The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 8 people. Groups that exceed the maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
• The maximum number of cars allowed are 3 in the driveway. Parking on the street is not permitted.
• This residence does not have air conditioning.
• Staircase to loft is steep and not recommended for small children
• No pets
• No smoking
