We were here for two nights. Quiet neighborhood and close enough to downtown for dining and shopping. Comfy furniture. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing place to stay this is it. Communication with owner is excellent

The host was great. Very communicative on welcoming us and providing important information before our arrival. The house is comfortable and has the basic necessities for a rental. It is older and there is definitely some wear and tear. For a place to sleep and shower on a busy trip to Raleigh it was just what we needed.

Older home that’s has been restored. Very close to Red Hat Amphitheater and a short drive to the Coastal Credit Union Music Park at Walnut Creek. I came into town, with my furry side kick, for two nights to see Gary Clark Jr and Dave Matthews Band. Great communication from host. He checked in to make sure everything was okay during my stay. There was a fenced in yard to let my lil’ girl run, and throw frisbee. Quiet neighborhood and nice neighbors. I really enjoyed my stay!

We came and stayed 2 nights. The home was very comfortable. It was our family of 4 & our dog and the accomodations were perfect. The fenced in & shady back yard was great when traveling with a pet. The host was friendly, kind, and provided timely and helpful instructions. Checking in and out was easy. We would absolutely return given the chance!

We reserved for 8 guests, because it said 3 bedrooms with queen bed and living room had a queen bed. Turns out living room they wanted you to sleep on uncomfortable airmatress. We rented a b&b, not a campsite. Only had 5 towels for 8 guests so we had to buy some at Wal-Mart. 2 guest decided to rent a motel because airmatress is not ideal for older adults. So this all costed our party more money. 1st night found giant roaches in bedrooms and kitchen. No hot tub and playground like advertised. Dog could run in fenced back yard, because gate didn"t close completely and there were big tree limbs down all over the back yard. Grass really needed mowed and bushes were very overgrown all around the house. The patio they have for 8 people to enjoy is a concrete slab with 2 outdoor chairs, no room for anything else. Kitchen table seets only 4. Couch and love seat we badly stained and disgusting. Hand rail going up on the porch is broken and falling apart. 1 bedroom door handle was broken off, so every time you shut door, it w9uld pull right off. 2 guest wouldnt stay after 1st night finding the roach bugs. The other 4 of us had to stay, because we were so busy we didnt have time to find another place to stay. I messaged the host, but his only reply was take out trash, put towels in bathtub, wash dishes, and lock the doors when we leave. If we used the key from lock box put it back or there will be $100 charge. He never gave us a code to get the key.

The house is in a very chill neighborhood about six minutes from Dorothea Dix Park. The host checked on me and was very responsive.
