Boasting 2 bedrooms, a bathroom/laundry, kitchen and living areas on each floor (plus an additional bunk room available off the garage with a queen and 2 single bunk beds) this home can accommodate guests comfortably, making it a perfect choice for extended family gatherings or groups of friends to reconnect.
recently updated with new carpets and floorboards replacement is through both upstairs and downstairs.
Plenty of room for the boat with a large garage and driveway plus room for pets with a secure front and back yard.
The famous Blue Pools are a mere 350m away, Beares Beach is 450m and easily visible from this perfectly situated elevated position. Horseshoe Bay Main Beach is 700m, Woolworths Supermarket is 500m and Bermagui Beach Hotel is 650m.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed, bedside tables & lights, dressing table, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and pedestal fan.
Bedroom 2 - Kind Bed, bedside tables & light, built-in wardrobe, pedestal fan, ironing board/iron.
Bathroom/Laundry – Shower, front loading washing machine, laundry tub, vanity and separate toilet.
Full Kitchen - Stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave.
Lounge, dining room and entertainment area – TV’s, lounges, dining table, bar table, multiple seating options. Extra sofa bed available.
Downstairs:
Bedroom 3 – Queen bed, queen size bed, bedside tables and lights, wardrobe.
Bedroom 4 - Queen bed, infant bed, bedside tables and lights, built-in wardrobe, desk fan.
Kitchen – Fridge/freezer, oven and stove, microwave, coffee machine.
Lounge – TV, lounge seating & 10 seating dining table with chairs.
Laundry/bathroom – Shower, toilet, top loading washing machine, clothes airier.
Bedroom 5- Bunk Room (separate from main house) – queen size bed, 2 x single sized bunk beds.
Linen -Doonas/blankets and pillows with protectors and pillow slips are provided for all beds. You will need to bring sheets & bath towels, hand towels and bath mats etc. Linen can also be hired locally - contact us for more information.
Parking: Guests have use of one side of the garage plus car spaces on driveway. Limited street parking available.
Internet/WiFi access supplied for this property
Pets: Pets welcome - outside only. Please bag and dispose of doggy waste appropriately.
Outdoor: Garden and courtyard downstairs with BBQ & clothesline. Fully fenced indoor pool IS Currently Unavailable Through THE Winter Months. It is covered and not being serviced. Please do not use.
