Great location. This place needs a deep cleaning and refresh, otherwise, I’d would recommend it for a night or 2.

Everything was great. It wasn’t a fancy hotel but beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Went for the Lobster Fest just had to park the car at arrival walking distance to festival, restaurants and stores was right there. Only downfall was the gazebo which was smoking area had a lot of weeds which could have caught fire if guest who smoked didn’t put their cigarette out. Groundskeeper needs to get rid of the weeds.

Carpet in the room was old and stained. There was a cream colored upholstered chair that was stained and should have been in the dump. The AC blasted right on the persons head that happened to be sleeping in the bed closest to it. Had to block with airflow with pillows. The elevator sounded like it was going to break down.

The room we stayed probably needs a complete renovation. So many broken items it would use up all the characters. The floors were moist and sticky, the porch door was jammed and the screen door fell off. The lamp in the room was broken, the furniture was extremely worn and dirty, the bath was really small, not super clean and worn down. The bed frames were busted so when you laid down your legs higher than your head. The dresser drawers were stuck and one was broken. The air conditioner buttons were all cracked and caved in.

We came to Rockland to celebrate our anniversary. We visited the local area especially Rockland, Camden and Belfast. Had nice views of the bay. Trade winds on the Bay was in the perfect location to walk to restaurants and downtown shops.
