About this house rental

This brand new two bed, two bath home was designed for gatherings and events with handicap accessibility throughout. No transitions from the front sidewalk to the rear patio. Wide open spaces make getting around easy. All the doors in the house are 36 inches wide with pocket doors. The main bathroom is fully accessible. The bathroom faucets are touchless and the mirrors are lighted. There are tvs in the main bedroom, great room and garage with surround sound in the great room. The laundry room includes brand new washer and dryer and also a mini kitchen. The faucets in the kitchen and garage are lighted with temperature color sensitive lighting. Blue/ cold and red/ hot. The dining room has a table and eight chairs and there's five chairs at the kitchen island and four stools at a bistro table. The living room has an electric fireplace with remote control and a fold out couch with two love seats also.. The garage has a large tv and couches and granite wet bar for entertaining. Dish TV is provided including some premium channels. Kitchen is ready for all your creative baking with all the small appliances and dishes you could need including some basic baking supplies. There’s also a large pantry filled with preparation and serving supplies. There are two large bedrooms with queen beds and touch lamps with usb ports. The second bathroom has lighted mirrors and a tub/shower. Don’t bother cleaning or worrying about your home not being accessible or your guests being allergic to your pet. We were in town for a graduation and stayed at Rusty’s Getaway for (3) nights and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The surrounding area is quiet, and the house exceeded what was described in the listing and is unique. After arriving, the host Jay, which is very responsive, greeted us with some fresh vegetables from his farm which we enjoyed, and he showed us around the house. The house was extraordinarily clean with very comfortable beds and fluffy pillows. The kitchen and kitchenette were abundant with amenities and utensils, absolutely no need to pack things as such. The open floor plan and outdoor patio is perfect for a family gathering with plenty of space. Fortunately for us we had great weather and were able to take advantage of and use the extra space and amenities provided in the garage. There is also a nice grassy backyard which our kids used for Cornhole. The next time we are in town I will defiantly be staying here.

Rusty’s Getaway has many creative details with a very functional layout. We enjoyed our stay and the kids loved the Barbie House, back patio and yard. It was great for family reunion gathering. Host is friendly and easy to get in contact. We definitely will be back!!!

We rented this house as a base for our son's college graduation and family visits. Jay met us for check in and went over the cool features of the house. The house was clean, and kitchen stocked with essential tools. It was centrally located to the activities we planned for our stay, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay, and if we are headed back this way we would definitely rent this again.

This house is truly one of a kind. We were in town for a college graduation with our teen son and my parents. The open floor plan was perfect for meals and games together. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well appointed and comfortable. Jay was accessible and even recommended a local ice cream parlor. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautiful house with high end conveniences yet toys for the little ones. Lots of room for a big family to gather for meals, conversation and games. Exceptionally clean. Already booked again for another family gathering.

Rusty's Getaway is newly built and is handicap accessible with ramps wide pocket doors, and a wheelchair size shower. All appliances, TVs, and kitchenware is new and of good quality. The home is pleasantly decorated and comfortable. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood but close to town and rural areas. It has only two bedrooms but there is a lot of open area to enjoy or use for gatherings. Jay is a super host and will make sure your stay is enjoyable and without any problems.

The house was super clean, great accessibility, plenty of room for air mattresses. We had an age range of 70+ to 3 yrs old. The owner just got a Barbie house and that younger girls loved to play with it. We plan on using this venue again for future get togethers. The owner was super fast to respond to any questions.
