This incredible coastal cottage is the crown jewel of the luxury waterfront community of Westside Cottages. Completed in 2020, this lavish vacation villa features professionally decorated coastal decor and high-end finishes throughout its interior. The sparkling on-site pool is just steps from your front door, while the beach is waiting for you just across the street. Shopping, dining, groceries, and family-friendly entertainment options are all located within a few miles of the complex. Anglers and bird-watchers will love visiting the fishing pier just a few minutes walk from the home.

Interior home highlights include shiplap walls, 10-foot ceilings, granite counters and vanities, custom cabinetry, a tile backsplash, and stainless kitchen appliances including a side-by-side fridge. Every bedroom features a 50-inch Roku-equipped smart TV. There's also a TV in the living room for family movie nights. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This place was just amazing! It was cute and inviting and literally steps from the beach. It faces the ocean so you can see out while drinking your coffee in the morning.

Our stay at Jack’s Place was wonderful. The condo was tastefully decorated from top floor to bottom floor. The moment we walked in we felt right at home. We will definitely book this condo again in the future.

Property was generally as described. A little mix up at check-in when the lock box code texted to me was wrong. Had to call Vacasa (the property manager) for the proper code. I have worked with Vacasa before and they are notoriously hard to communicate with. I would so much rather speak to the owner directly. But, they worked it out quickly. When I rent, I seek a house with a grill. The grill here is down to one working burner. That needs to be replaced. Some kitchen towels/ pot holders would have been nice. Beyond, the property is new, clean, and very nicely appointed.

Took the family to Gulf Shores after daughter's wedding. This place was perfect for relaxing and unwinding at the beach with little boys. Storm in the gulf, but we had the pool as a back-up plan. Nice layout and furnishings. Plenty of parking under the unit. wish it was closer to the public beach access.

Location location location. The area is walking distance to the beach. Restaurants are very close by. Quiet...peaceful....gorgeous on the inside. Needs a grill and it would be a perfect stay.

The home and surrounding area is perfect. It is very well appointed, and is walking distance to great beaches and fishing. I highly recommend "Jack's Place".
