To respect the Housekeeper's time any late check out will incur a $45 fee, for every 30 mins. An early check-in or late checkout must be arranged in advance. If available $35 per hour will apply to each request. ~~SURVEILLANCE CAMERA/NOISE SENSOR ~~ Camera covers the front entry only. Noise levels above 75 decibels prompt a message to lower the volume. Repeated violations will result in termination, if police are involved; $1,000 fine. Devices are not to be tampered with. ~ HOUSEHOLD ITEMS~ Missing or damaged items will result in a replacement fee.
