Séjour très désagréable

Situation géographique

Accueil à la réception déplorable sans aucune empathie. Nous avons eu une chambre à 3 lits, il n’était pas possible de la changer pour 1 grand lit. Aucun effort, car elle avait été réservée par Booking. Gros problème de propreté avec une serviette de bain qui avait de grosses taches noires et marron. Nous l’avons signaler à la reception, le lendemain, et la dame c’est tout juste si elle nous écoutait. C’est la même réceptionniste que nous avons eu à l’arrivée et au départ, la tête toujours dans son ordinateur A plusieurs reprises, nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel, et nous étions satisfaits, nous ne reviendrons plus. Il faudrait mettre les bonnes personnes an bonnes place.

En el area de la terraza del comedor estaban fumando mariguana, yo venia con mi hija menor de edad y fue muy molesto, la ducha tapada del desague, las almohadas muy incomodas, los pasillos y la habitacion olian a cigarrillo

在巴塞罗那所能找到的最便宜的住处。就从这点而言，一切都没什么可以抱怨的。房间的设施当然是老旧的，但是房间的卫生做的非常好！这一点令我很惊讶，房间的size也很惊人！我们得到了安全的免费停车位，这在巴塞罗那可不多见。床铺也非常舒服。

入住的时候前台小姐态度非常差，差到我有一些害怕。我们住在一楼房间，楼下就是露台，通宵有人在聊天。

Confortable bed. Big room and bathroom. Good views.

Cigarette smell on the pillows, sheets and curtains. The receptionist had a very bad attitude towards us and another customer that called while we were being attended.

Comfy staff were lovely

My booking quite clearly asked for 1 room and 3 adults. We were made to pay for 2 rooms but in 1 room we had 1x double bed and 2x single beds so this was enough and we didn't need to pay for the other room so I am upset that we had to

The hotel was clean, had plenty of parking and the lift worked.

Pretty much everything else. The bed was like granite, seriously, the floor was more comfortable. The shower is great and powerful but impossible to run without the bath tap coming on as well; likewise, it's impossible to fill the bath without the shower running full blast. Location is grim.

The staff were good

The location of the hotel is on a huge industrial estate, surrounded by lorries. What appeared to be a very limited restaurant, advertised breakfast but was non existent. The walls are very thin, you hear everything in the adjoining rooms. It is definitely a commercial hotel.

Hotel's location is off the tourist routes but was ideally located for work purposes. The rooms are a good size, comfortable beds and the bar/cafe are also good.

Great for overnight stop

This is a great place to stay if driving and need a rest for the night. It is perfect for this. Nice room with good meal and a light breakfast in the morning, perfect, value for money. You must try the little restaurant behind the bar, the food is great, homestyle cooking, the waitress was fantastic, understood english, and was great at her job.
