• 1,100 square feet completely renovated with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and living area with gas fireplace, , washer/dryer and queen sleeper-sofa.
• The main bedroom has a king bed and bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two full sized beds and a full bathroom.
• Dry Bar with a Summit built-in wine cooler.
• The living space has a queen sofa bed, television, and DVD player.
• The kitchen includes utensils, crock pot, electric wok, rice maker, blender, hand mixer, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker stove top and oven.
• The Premium Two Bedroom accommodates 3 to 8 people.
UPDATE: Some Building 7 decks are closed for repair after recent inspections. Permanent repairs are scheduled, but there is currently no access to the balcony in the second bedroom with two beds in condo #700. Updates will be posted when the deck is repaired. Thank you for your understanding.

Ski-in/ski-out to the Palisades Tahoe Resort, explore world-famous terrain and beautiful hiking out your door, or perfect your golf game at any of the various champion golf courses nearby. With Lake Tahoe just a 15-minute drive away there are lots of adventures to be had! Don’t you just love an escape?
Upon entering this gloriously updated two-bedroom condominium you’ll find beautiful wood floors throughout adding to the richness of the condominium.
The full kitchen is fully stocked with built-in cabinets and a side storage cabinet area that holds all the extra cooking items you may need. The kitchen island has the most unique and stunning marble you have ever seen in vacation rental!
The living room is a warm and inviting open living space, with modern touches in decor. The layout focuses on the fireplace with a great gathering zone created by the luscious and comfy wraparound sofa and coffee table. Adjacent is the dry bar and wine cooler and to make sure your après is all it can and should be. The Summit wine cooler has temperature control for reds or whites. The television hangs on the opposite wall for those times it is needed.
The dining table easily seats six people with three more seats at the breakfast bar. The two additional dining chairs are located in each bedroom if needed. The two beautiful bedrooms are on each side of the living room. The main bedroom has a king bed and a full bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features two full beds and a full bathroom with a separate vanity and sink area for increased convenience. Both bathrooms are luxury upgrades with everything new including beautiful vanities and wall tiles throughout. Both bedrooms boast televisions and portable air-conditioning units to take the edge off when the weather warms.
Palisades Tahoe Lodge provides guests with plenty of great HOA amenities while you’re on site, from the outdoor summer swimming pool, indoor health club, and hot tubs (indoor and outdoor) to the relaxing steam room and sauna. There are even tennis courts as well!
You will not be short of convenience staying at this premium two-bedroom condo, just steps from the Village at Palisades Tahoe where you’ll find shopping, dining and fun après after a day on the slopes. In the summer the Palisades Tahoe Lodge pool can add to your enjoyment or head over to Lake Tahoe just a few miles away for lots of fun water sports such as kayaking, paddleboarding, waterskiing and more!
In the winter you are mere steps from the heart of Palisades Tahoe’s fabled KT-22 chairlift – and 42 other chairs too.
You are also in an incredible ski-in/ski-out location with condominium #700. The combination of convenience, easy access and a beautiful upgrade is hard to beat. It is a dream come true.
Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.
PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.
