Updates for 2024 include: New carpet in the bedrooms and new flooring in the ground level game room area. New range and microwave in the kitchen. Imagine starting each day of your Outer Banks vacation overlooking the ocean as you sip your morning cup of coffee. Don't forget the K-Cups, as a Keurig coffee maker is available for use. Then, spend the day lounging in the sun on the expansive decks surrounding your very own 14x30 Private Pool and Hot Tub. There are plenty of lounge chairs for everyone, and the private wooden walkway leads right from your deck down to the beach for a day of Fun and Sun! Dune It Right offers incredible panoramic ocean views inside and out, and the spacious layout makes this home perfect for extended families and friends to gather together and make vacation memories! The top level features an open kitchen with breakfast bar, and the large living area has a gas fireplace (available off-season only).
The dining table seats 14, and the additional seating at the kitchen bar and breakfast nook allows plenty of room for everyone to get together for family meals or games. The expansive sundeck offers a place to sit and catch up with a cool drink as you take in the ocean views, feel the beach breezes, and smell the sea air! Not only will the 7 separate bedrooms at Dune It Right give everyone their own private space, but 5 of the bedrooms are masters and include their own private bathroom. The mid-level den area with a commercial ice-maker provides a Queen Sleep Sofa for additional sleeping space, and the wet bars with refrigerators on both lower levels will ensure that there is plenty of room for snacks and drinks for a crowd! The ground level game room features a pool table & ping pong table. Shoot hoops in the driveway with the basketball goal while the rest of the family relaxes on the furnished sun and shade decks.
Grill up dinner on the gas grill and enjoy it outside overlooking the ocean. After a long day at the beach, cool off and rinse off the salt and the sand in the outside shower. There is also a half bath located in the pool area for your convenience. Located in the popular Whalehead Beach neighborhood in Corolla, Dune It Right is convenient to shops, restaurants, and Corolla attractions such as the Whalehead Club and Currituck Beach Lighthouse.
Dune It Right does Not Allow Pets or Smoking.

Ground Level: Bedroom with 2 Full Beds, Bedroom with 3 Bunk Sets, Shared Full Bath, Gameroom with pool table and ping pong, wet bar and refrigerator, washer/dryer, Pool and Hot Tub area with half bath. Pool available 5/11-10/12.
Mid Level: 2 King Master Bedrooms, 2 Queen Master Bedrooms, Den, Wet bar, ice maker and mini fridge, Sun and Shade Decks with Furniture.
Top Level: King Master Bedroom, Living, Dining, and Kitchen Areas, Island Bar, Half Bath, Oceanfront Sun Deck
