The Nest consists of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and dining seating for four guests, a dining room with seating for four guests and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and a double, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front patio with bench, enclosed rear courtyard with furniture, as well as unallocated roadside parking. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, and within 0.3 miles, a pub and beach and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Nest is a wonderful getaway in Devon for a family or group of friends. Note: There is a step up from the kitchen into the dining room, please take care.

Region: Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
Town: Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region. A good mix of relaxation or action, to suit all ages, where you are never far from the sea.
