The newly built and fully furnished home features 12 bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms. Each room is uniquely decorated, providing a comfortable and stylish ambiance. The highlights include an upstairs loft converted into a private cinema with a Star Wars theme, a magical/princess kingdom-themed bedroom with a castle bunk bed, and a deep ocean-themed master suite with a crib. Additional themed rooms upstairs include a Harry Potter-themed bedroom with twin beds and a Batman-themed bedroom, also with twin beds.

Our luxurious property comfortably accommodates up to 30 guests, offering ample space for large families, groups, or special events. Each of our 12 bedrooms is designed for comfort and privacy, ensuring a pleasant stay for all our guests.

Our property provides sufficient parking space for up to 5 vehicles. Please note that street parking within the community is strictly enforced and not allowed. If you require additional parking, there are a few visitor parking spots within the community available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pool & Spa Heating: $35 per night, with a minimum charge of $105.
Pool Heating Policy:
Typically heated to 84°F. If you prefer a higher temperature, we can adjust it to meet your needs. Please note that increasing the pool temperature may incur an additional charge.

While we manage pool settings remotely we recommend notifying us in advance if you would like the pool heated, so we can adjust it before your arrival.

Check-In: Our check-in time is strictly at 4 PM. Due to the high demand during the holiday season and ongoing health guidelines, we are unable to offer early check-ins. This allows our dedicated cleaning and maintenance team the necessary time to thoroughly sanitize and prepare the property for your stay. If you happen to arrive early, we invite you to enjoy the resort clubhouse and its full range of amenities.

Check-Out: Please note that our check-out time is firmly at 10 AM. This schedule helps our team to efficiently clean and ready the property for incoming guests. If your departure is later in the day, you're welcome to continue using the resort's amenities until you leave.

Amenities at the Property:

- Linens and Bathroom Towels: We provide towels intended exclusively for bathroom use. For any pool, beach, or waterpark activities, please bring your own towels.

- Basic Supplies: You will find starter amounts of trash bags, toilet paper, and paper towels in the property. These supplies may not be sufficient for your entire stay, so we recommend purchasing additional quantities as needed.
Conveniently there is a Walmart Super Center nearby with a huge selection of products, and merchandise for your Disney and Florida Trips.
