Surrounded by hundreds of trees, this vacation property welcomes you with vaulted ceilings and a wall of oversized windows providing views of the outdoors from every angle. Situated on the shore of Lake Linden and only moments away from Innsbrook’s largest lake, Lake Alpine, Innsbrook’s historic village, and hiking trials, this home away from home offers the best of both worlds for those who want to spend time by the water or exploring Mother Nature’s playground.
You will feel at home the moment you walk through the door! Able to accommodate 16 guests comfortably, the large and open living space features beautiful rustic detailing and wood finishes, a stone-wall fire place, oversized couches, and a separate dining area. For the chef in the group, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a quick snack, gourmet meal, and everything in between. Enjoy a second living area just up the stairs in the loft, featuring cozy furniture, 2 additional bedrooms, and a full bathroom.
When you’re ready to go outdoors, this chalet has multiple areas to rest and rejuvenate. Show off your grilling techniques on the BBQ grill, sip your morning coffee on the expansive deck, cast a fishing line into the water from the private dock, or kick your feet up and enjoy the quiet night sky while swaying in the hammock.

• Primary bedroom on the main level with 1 king bed and access to the main level full bath bathroom

• Bedroom 2 (off of the loft) – 2 full beds and easy access to upstairs full bath
• Full Bath #2 – located on second level off of the loft
• Bedroom 3 (off of the loft) – Bunk beds: (3) twin over full bunk beds, (1) twin trundle
• Roomy living area with a stone fireplace, plush furniture, TV, and sliding glass doors to the back deck
• A spacious kitchen fully equipped with all cooking utensils included, plus, custom cabinetry and counter tops
• Separate dining area with a dining table
• Additional living area in the upstairs loft with a couch, 2 chairs, and a TV
• TV’s with streaming capability for family movie nights and entertainment
• Expansive back deck with gas BBQ grill
• Hammock
• Private dock on Lake Linden
• Water toys - (1) lily pad, (1) paddle board, (2) kayaks, and (2) canoes
• Located on Lake Linden and right next to Alpine Lake
• Located near the Innsbrook’s Historic Village and Hiking Trails
Note: For the best guest experience, we have our Hot Tub professionally serviced every Wednesday. Servicing may cause temporary interruption to use of the amenity.
