About this house rental

Home away from home is this beautiful, delightful spacious 2 story Victorian style, over 3,000 sq foot, 4 bedroom and 2.5 bath home with a 3 car garage, that has a extra large driveway. Located in a nice, safe, quiet cul-de-sac in a maintained neighborhood that takes pride in their homes. Perfect vacation escape with family and friends. The home was recently remodeled and updated. The main level consists of a formal living room with fire place with 65in smart tv, formal dinning room with a dinning table that seats 8, family room also has a 65 in smart tv, 1/2 bath and newly remodeled fully equipped and stocked kitchen with extras such as a Keurig coffee maker, a regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, etc. all new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and wine fridge and a breakfast table with 4 chairs. In the upstairs are the 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans, the master bedroom has a 65 inch smart tv, 2 full baths, the master bath has a large soaking tub. The laundry room has a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. You will enjoy spending time in breathtaking back yard as you will discover an immaculate large backyard that is beautifully landscaped where you will find a gas BBQ, 2 patio tables, and lawn chairs. The home is secured with a total of 4 outdoor cameras. My home is centrally located between San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara. It's a beach lovers dream, where you can go ATVing, Kayking or surfing in Pismo Beach, Avila Beach or Oceano Beach. Spend a day in Solvang, gamble at the Chumash Casino, tour Hearst Castle, an amazing museum like no other, or visit the famous Morro Rock in Morro Bay, Montana De Oro. Visit the Elks Rodeo in June .The Santa Barbara County Fair and Mid-State Fair in July. October through February the Monarch Butterfly Grove is filled with thousands of monarch or the elephant seals in San Simeon in year round but especially in late January, April and October. In late November and December the amazing Cambria Christmas Market where you can create magical memories. Plenty of wineries, restaurants, stores to visit in both San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara County.

If there is an issue, please contact me immediately with pictures of the issue and I will do everything I can to accommodate or resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please remember to communicate with kindness and respect. Please be respectful of my home and my neighbors. Don't park in front of their homes and if your car has an oil leak, park on the street. There should be no parties or events without talking to me first. This is a rule I have zero tolerance as in the past guest have disrespected my home and my neighbors. There should be no outside noise at night. Don't forget, while you are on vacation, others have to work. My neighbors are quick to inform me if they see anything out of the ordinary, as they keep an eye on my home and the neighborhood.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful Santa Maria home. The home was absolutely immaculate! We enjoyed sitting out on the back patio in the beautiful yard!

This was a wonderful choice for us (we were in the area for a few days for a wedding). It is a big house in a quiet neighborhood with a big yard for kids to safely play outside. We could all hang-out together or get quiet time alone (it is designed in a way that you aren't right on top of eachother in the house). Clean and decorated pleasantly. Highly recommended.
