- Bathrooms: 4 bathrooms (1 full with a shower and 3 half bathrooms).
- Living Rooms: Two cozy living rooms, both with fireplaces. One living room features a TV and toys for children, while the other offers a leather wrap-around couch, reclining chairs, and antique lighting that adds to the classic feel.
- Dining Area: Round table dining area with a fireplace, perfect for family meals.
- Kitchen: Spacious and elegant chef's kitchen with stunning lake views.

-Seating Areas: Multiple seating areas, including a beautiful seating area in the front yard with a chiminea for roasting marshmallows.
- Dining Area: Possibly the most exquisite open-air dining area on Lake Sunapee, located on the back porch.
- Play Area: Children’s play area on the side of the home.
- Water Access: Perfect swimming area to the right of the back porch stairs and a private dock to the left for launching kayaks.
