On the shores of the Mediterranean, located in Canet Plage, in a 4**** le Mar Estang campsite boasting a privileged location: the port, the beach 50 m away and the town center are all within walking distance (direct access via tunnel).
New mobile home (2022) IRM LUMINOSA 40 m² for 6 people. Air conditioning in living room.
Ideally located: Set in a 150 m² plot with artificial turf, at the end of a quiet alley.
It is close to the pond and the tunnel leading directly to the beach (5' walk).

- Reversible air-conditioning.
- 1 master bedroom with double bed (140cm) and en-suite bathroom - WC.
- 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds.
- 1 large living room with TV.
- 1 second bathroom with shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
- 1 separate WC.
- 1 fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, hood, 4-burner hob, gas oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery for 6 people....
- Blackout blinds and mosquito nets in bedrooms and living room.
- 20 m² covered terrace (closed mid-season) with gate and garden furniture for 8 people.
-Garden with table and benches, gas plancha, 2 sun loungers and clothesline.
Campsite activities accessible with a Fun Pass:
- 1 water park with heated indoor pool, 2 heated outdoor pools, 3 slides, jacuzzi, paddling pool and children's play area.
- Petanque pitch, multi-sports pitch, playground, bike hire, games room, fitness room....
- Children's club for ages 3 to 12 in season.
- Numerous activities and entertainment for adults and children.
On-site facilities include bar, restaurant, takeaway, grocery store, greengrocer, bakery, newsagent, beach equipment, launderette and even a hairdressing salon, beauty salon, massage parlour and medical area.
An ideal vacation environment with 300 days of sunshine a year. Close to Canet: Saint-Cyprien, Perpignan, Collioure, the Pyrenees and the Canigou, the Cathar castles, Narbonne, Spain...
