We're thrilled to have you stay with us, and to ensure a fantastic experience for all guests, here are some friendly house rules:

ID Requirement: Please share your ID upon booking.

Parking Protocol:
- Aim to arrive 30 mins to 1 hour early for seamless parking.
- Kindly wait for the gates to close to avoid any penalties.

Extra guests:
- Planning for a 6th guest? We have sheets ready on the sofa bed.
- While we may consider a 7th guest, please note that it might be a bit cozy.
- Ensure you book the exact guest count for necessary permits.
- Unauthorized guests may result in a $50 per head per night fee.

Bathroom Guidelines:
- Unfortunately, we don't provide bathtub plugs.
- Towel Policy: We provide a thoughtful 1:1 ratio per booked guest.
- Please only flush toilet paper and human waste. Bins are conveniently placed for other items.

No Smoking Policy:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside including balcony.
- We have a designated smoking area outside.
- Any violation incurs a C$1,000 fine plus cleaning costs and penalties from building management.

Need a Pack & Play? Feel free to let us know in advance.
Footwear: For a comfortable and clean space, we kindly ask that you refrain from wearing shoes inside.
Quiet Hours: Let's all enjoy peaceful nights from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Check-in/out:
Self check-in: The building code and front door code are provided on te day of your check-in.
Timely Check-in/out: A fee of $90 per hour applies after the authorized check-in/out time.
Before you go, a quick message or picture of the keys or fob.

The location was great for our pre-cruise visit to Vancouver. The building had great security. Very cute. Second bedroom is small- good for one person. Management was very responsive to any questions.

The place is advertised as 3 br but the 3rd bedroom is a closet w a bed. The owner has not invested in furniture. The photos make it look nicely furnished but the furniture is very scarce, cheaply constructed and uncomfortable. If they had put a nice sectional sofa in the living room and sturdy coffee table and dining room table with sturdy chairs. It would be a much nicer place to stay. We were just staying before our cruise and we managed to get through the day but I wouldn’t recommend it and I wouldn’t stay there again.

Check in was tedious....code to cal to get access to the lobby and one minute to access the floor in the elevator....then a code to enter the property to retrieve the one fob for 5 guests. One bedroom was so small that the door could only open about a third of the way. Electrical access to that bedroom was a power strip attached to the headboard. A/C is a portable unit ducted out of a dining area window in a very unsightly manner. 3 drinking glasses, strange and possibly unfinished main bathroom shower. Not all overhead lights worked and there were no wash cloths. It was a VERY expensive stay in a less than mediocre property.

The host was super responsive and informative before/during/after our stay. The family enjoyed the views and location of the rental. This was an excellent basecamp for our adventures in-and-around Vancouver.

No wifi meant it was difficult to get access to the appartment. The stay, view and location are perfect. Clean rooms and enough space to relax.
