The private home sits on .6 acres with 235’ shoreline has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen. The living room has a large comfortable sectional with a 55’ TV that also has streaming services.

The attached garage has a ping pong table for your group to use. There is an extra table that is bumper pool, poker/texas hold’em or for extra eating. There is ample parking for cars and trailers in the driveway.
Watch 4th of July fireworks from the backyard!!! Use our 2 kayaks, a canoe that comes with life jackets and paddles. Enjoy an evening campfire in the fire pit. Walk or bike the short paved trail to Sand Point Lighthouse.
Many nearby outdoor activities that include fishing or ice fishing in the bay, hiking the many trails and falls including Canyon Falls (14 miles), Silver Mountain, Mt Arvin, Sturgeon Gorge, Falls River. Visit Point Abbaye (30 miles) or Mouth of the Huron.

Make a day trip and drive up Keewenaw Bay to Houghton/Hancock. Hancock has the tour of Quincy Mine. Or continue driving to Copper Harbor (74miles)
