As soon as you enter, you will be greeted by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of this charming townhouse. The open concept living room blends seamlessly with a fully equipped kitchen, making it the ideal space to gather with family and friends. The kitchen features modern appliances, ample open-plan space with dining table, and all the utensils you need to prepare delicious meals.
The four cosy bedrooms offer comfortable beds for up to 8 people. Two bathrooms ensure that everyone has the space they need to prepare for a day of exploration or relax after a day at the beach.
One of the highlights of this property is its outdoor space. Imagine sipping your morning coffee on the terrace or firing up the barbecue for an alfresco dinner with your loved ones.
But the real gem of this home is its private pool. Dive in after a sunbath on a sun lounger or just float and relax. The pool area is a true oasis of relaxation where you can cool off and create unforgettable memories.

Layout:
The property is built on three levels.
On the main one you can find an entrance hall, a double bedroom with double bed (150x190cm), a complete bathroom with shower, another double bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190cm), the kitchen, the living room with two sofas and two armchairs, the dining room with a table for 8 people and the access to a small interior patio where the laundry is located.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (150x190cm) and the other with two single beds (90x190cm), a bathroom with shower and an outside terrace.
On the lower level we have the terrace and pool area with the barbecue.
Comfort and services:
Air conditioning, Internet Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Barbecue, High chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Table tennis. Fully equipped with bed linen and towels.
Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the accommodation price. The cost is 0.25€/Kw, to be paid on departure.
Note 5: Please note that there is an additional charge of 30 € for check-in after 22.00 h.

Note 6 In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
