With 190 square meters of decking space, a private spa pool, 180-degree panoramic ocean views, and rolling hills in the backdrop, this is a haven where holiday memories are made. Picture yourself on the expansive deck, enjoying the views while you cook up a storm with a brand new Weber BBQ, or simply unwind in the spa pool. Whether you're seeking entertainment or relaxation, this deck is your personal sanctuary.
The property boasts not one, but three lounge areas two on separate floors ensuring that everyone can find their perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the vacation. The interiors are a perfect blend of style and comfort, providing a welcoming atmosphere in which to relax and with amenities such as a portacot, highchair, toys and board games it is great for families. For indoor entertainment there is a Smart TV, just bring your own logins for apps. A heat pump/air conditioning unit, central heating and ceiling fans ensure that this property is set up for your comfort whatever the season.
As part of a gated community, this property offers an extra layer of security and privacy, allowing families to enjoy their holiday with peace of mind. We kindly ask all guests to be respectful of the tranquil environment to ensure that everyone in the community, including families with young children, can enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating stay. While this property is a fantastic place for relaxation and family bonding, it is not intended as a party venue and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to the house rules.

1. The gated community has a number of permanent residents and there is to be no loud noise at any time.
2. There is no smoking permitted within the gated area.
LINEN: Please note that other than pillows, duvets and duvet covers, linen is not included in the tariffs but can be rented for $25 per person, further details are provided in the 'Rooms and beds' section of the listing. If you wish to add linen, please add a note to your booking with what beds you wish to use so they can be made up. We have linen as an optional extra to make a more affordable holiday for those who wish to bring their own.
BOOKING PAYMENT: Although Bookabach/VRBO take your credit card details, all booking payments are made to Bach Stay NZ Limited who manage this property for the owners. Once your booking is approved, we will send you a payment email with a choice of credit card payment (a 3% surcharge applies) or bank transfer (no charges). Please note the amount stated as 'Deposit Paid at Property' on the Bookabach/VRBO quote is actually a refundable bond that will be collected as part of the accommodation payment, it is not collected at the property as the wording suggests.
