This modern, two-storey home in an elevated location features stunning, uninterrupted sea views of Encounter Bay to Goolwa along the south coast. This is the perfect home to escape the busy life. Imagine sitting on the balcony relaxing with a drink, enjoying the views and listening to the waves in the distance. It is perfect at any time of the year.
Situated in a premium location near The Bluff, Whaler’s complex and boat ramp, it is a short drive to the tourist attractions of Victor Harbor and the south coast and is an easy walking distance to the beach and local eateries.
On the upper level there is a spacious light-filled, open-plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of bench space and a Lavazza coffee machine.
Large sliding-glass doors lead to the extensive deck which is ideal for outdoor entertaining, with BBQ, table and seating for 8 people.
There is a smart TV and 4K DVD recorder/player.
The large master bedroom upstairs has sea views, Queen bed, walk-in robe, ceiling fan and a spacious ensuite with shower, toilet and single vanity. You can access the deck via a sliding-glass door, or just enjoy the amazing view of the ocean from your bed.
There is also a separate toilet, bath and single vanity area upstairs for general use.
The spacious, living area downstairs has large sliding-glass doors to maximise the sea views and allow natural light into the home. The area is set up to entertain the children and offers a large 3-seater and 2-seater lounge, TV, DVD, table tennis table, toys, games and books.
Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and sea views. Bedroom 3 has two Single beds. Bedroom 4 has a King Single and a Single bed.
All bedrooms have a ceiling fan and hanging space.
The downstairs bathroom has a shower, single vanity and a separate toilet.
Both levels have a reverse-cycle air conditioner.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Off-street parking is available.
Linen is available from the owners for an additional fee.
* A $500 refundable security BOND is required on all bookings & must be received prior to receiving key collection instructions
* Please report any cleaning issues or maintenance on arrival to avoid any responsibility issues on departure
* Guests are asked to remove all excess rubbish on departure
* Porta Cots & High chairs available for hire through Elders Goolwa
* No Linen Provided unless stated otherwise, linen can be hired through Victor Linen on 0419 803 769
* We DO NOT accept Schoolies Bookings or group bookings of under 25's
* We havea NO PARTY / BUCKS / HENS / LARGE GATHERING policy at our holiday homes
* Please respect neighbours & keep the peaceful atmosphere of this residential location
