About this house rental
Breathtaking property right on the sandy beach and shimmering gulf conveniently located near beachside restaurants, shops, and activities in the heart of Surfside! There are 5 units/suites with separate entrances in the house each overlooking the sunrise, sand, and sea making this a PERFECT choice for multiple families staying together but wanting private space to themselves as well. This is your family reunion or friends group island vacation destination!
The Space:
Each sea suite offers a private kitchen complete with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishware, pots and pans, a bedroom with either a king (lower units) or queen-sized (upper units) bed, living area with TV and futon sleeper couch, plus a full bath. There is a deck divider between suites which also adds a bit of privacy as well.
OTHER FEATURES/AMENITIES: coffee maker, ceiling fans throughout inside, guest comforts of home welcome kit, complimentary WIFI/Internet service, common area outdoor charcoal grill, shared laundry room with a washer and dryer
NOTE: there are a total of 6-units/suites in the home; however, only 5 are available for rental, as the owner has one unit reserved. The Sea Turtle, Seagull and Sea Otter are on the lst floor/main level and The Speckled Trout and Sand Dollar are on the 2nd floor/upper level. All units accommodate up to 4 people for a total of 20 guests on the property. Outdoor security cameras on property.
Guest Access:
EASY CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
It's easy to stay with us and secure too! Access the home electronically at 4pm on the date of your arrival with your unique lock code that we specifically give only to you via text and email. Your code is live from 4pm on your arrival date until 11am on the date of your departure.
The Neighborhood:
No touristy chain restaurants, shops or hotels. Just chillin' beach bar and grills, food (and beverage) trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), burger joints (like Pier 30 and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill) and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Red Snapper) line the water. Surfside is your simple relaxing sandy beach, water sporting, surfing, fishing and crabbing vacation destination.

DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered, subject to approval and a non-refundable pet fee ($125 for 1 dog, extra $75 for 2) per stay.

This property is 979 Certified. All photos, amenities, calendar, and rates are 100% accurate to the best of our knowledge. We ensure our homes are fully and professionally cleaned after each guest stay guaranteeing your stay is nothing short of spectacular. In addition, all of our homes feature luxury hotel-quality/high thread count on all sheets, bedding, and bath towels. When you rent a 979 VPS home, you'll also receive the 'comforts of home' guest welcome starter supply of shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. We want your stay to be as easy as you do, and we make every effort to delight.
WIFI/TV SERVICE:
Our properties include WIFI/Internet and TV service for your streaming services. Due to our location (Island living is a whole other way of life), service may be unpredictable or spotty, and repair times can be delayed. While we will do everything we can to ensure these items are in good working order before your arrival, please note, these services may not be as consistent as they are in your area. So grab your favorite people, ditch the electronics, and spend the day at our beautiful beaches!
979 VACATION PROPERTY SERVICES:
All 979 Vacation Property Services rental home follow local and state tax rules. Reservations may be booked up to 365 days in advance of check-in. Please send inquiry and details if your stay is more than a year out as rates and availability may not be updated. Each reservation includes applicable taxes, a cleaning fee, $1,000,000 liability protection and $10,000 damage insurance - No Security Deposit Required!
VILLAGE OF SURFSIDE/ISLAND WATER:
Given the water quality fluctuations, it is recommended to bring your own bottled water for drinking and cooking during your stay. During high consumption periods, water from the faucets and toilets may have a tint to it.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
For any new reservation, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund. Some exceptions may apply for last-minute reservations.
After that, cancel at least 30 days before your check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment less the booking fee.
Reservations made on 3rd party channels such as Airbnb, VRBO, TripAdvisor, etc may be subject to their terms and conditions which may be different than 979's. Please reference the site where you originally reserved your stay.
