Sehr empfelnswert

Neues Hotel, eingebettet in das Studentenwohnheim der Rosenheimer Hochschule. Von der Rezeption aus befindet sich der Aufzug nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und verfügte über einen Balkon. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Restaurant, dort findet sich für jeden etwas.

Kleine Abzüge gibt es lediglich, weil das Zimmer sehr stickig war. Klimaanlage oder Lüftung gab es keine. Fenster in der Nacht offen lassen hätte wahrscheinlich zu zahllosen Mückenstichen geführt.

freundlich, sauber, modern, nachhaltig - für einen kurzen Trip nach Rosenheim genau die richtige Unterkunft

-sehr freundliches Personal -sehr saubere Zimmer mit moderner Einrichtung -Essen im Restaurant ist abwechslungsreich und wird frisch und lecker zubereitet -dir Architektur ist modern und der Nachhaltigkeitsgedanke kann gut nachvollzogen werden -der Kiefernduft im Zimmer ist atemberaubend - das Hotel hebt sich mit allem drum und dran von anderen Hotel sehr gut ab

Tolle Anlage auf dem Campus der Hochschule, klasse Design des Hotels und der Zimmer, super freundliche Mitarbeiter, kleine Küche im Zimmer, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Leider gab es noch einige Krümel auf der Ablagefläche

Tolles Team, schöne Zimmer und lecker Essen

Unglaublich freundliches und sehr bemühtes, motiviertes Personal. Wir sind sehr früh angereist und haben prompt ein Zimmer erhalten. Das war für uns besonders super, da mein Partner einen langen Flug aus den USA hinter sich hatte. Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend. Pizza und Burger waren unglaublich gut. Preislich auch voll ok. In ca. 5 Autominuten waren wir mitten im Rosenheimer Zentrum. Danke an das liebe Team.

Prima Konzept, prima Team, zum großen Teil junge, engagierte Leute

Da wünschte ich mir ein Frühstücksbuffet und keine vorgegebene Auswahl à la carte! Nach meiner Information des Hotels erfolgte die Eröffnung erst vor 5 Wochen und nach ersten Erfahrungen will man einiges noch verbessern. Da ich gern im Bett lese, hätte ich eine bessere Beleuchtung gebraucht. Das Bett selbst war hervorragend. Das Bauprojekt als solches hat mich beeindruckt. Die Lage ist zwar nicht die, die ich gern gehabt hätte, aber angesichts des Konzeptes durchaus akzeptabel.

Ist alles bereits gesagt, s.o. gesagt.
