Food and restaurant were great!!
Rooms have no ventilation or windows. Yoy can feel and smell the moist. Bathroom don't have door, only a shower curtain.

The staff were really nice to us even if they didn't all speak English. We got by and they were super helpful including booking a 4x4 to el Dorado for us. The staff in the restaurant were also really nice, smiley and helpful and we liked the choripan.
The bed was comfortable and the setting was nice. The rooms look like the pictures although the pictures are maybe a little stylised.
Maybe these are not all significant but a few things were not smooth. We were there for two nights but only had WiFi for a few hours on the first evening, after that it didn't work at all. Was not ideal for planning our next bits of the trip and meant the TV didn't work as it was netflix etc. We'd read there was no hot water but it is really very cold - and that has felt better when we have stayed in hotter places than Minca was. In the pics for our room there is a bedside table but we didn't have one on either side so all our stuff was on the floor.
We also love dogs and they are both beautiful (and we had a big dog at home so know how to approach them) but we did see one snap at another guest and I am not sure they are the best for an environment with guests even if I appreciate why they are there.

Accès à la rivière depuis la terrasse commune.
La chambre de 4 est petite et la fenêtre donne sur une arrière cour où le personnel passe régulièrement. Le générateur est juste à côté donc pas l idéal quand il se met en route au petit matin..
Mais les autres chambres doivent être mieux

Ontbijt is goed, je hebt de keuze uit verschillende mogelijkheden. Met daarbij een koffie en juice.
Kamer is netjes is allemaal nog niet zo oud.
Ligt aan een riviertje
Personeel is heel aardig en wilt je helpen.
Sommige spreken Engels
2 lieve honden lopen rond.
Het ligt net iets buiten de hoofdstraat
Is klein stukje steil omhoog lang.
Het riviertje maakt een hoop lawaai in de nacht wat je dus ook 24/7 hoort

Laat ik positief beginnen: de locatie is mooi en ons bed lag lekker. De schoonmaak was oké, alleen de douche was vies bij aankomst.
Er is geen warm water. Volgens de eigenaar staat dit vermeld op Booking.com, maar wij hebben dit niet kunnen vinden. Voor de duidelijkheid: het water is heel erg onaangenaam koud.
Het ontbijt start pas om 08.00 en het duurt heel erg lang voordat je eten krijgt. De kwaliteit van het restaurant valt tegen en is duur. De prijskwaliteitverhouding is dan ook ver te zoeken. Ook kregen wij het gevoel dat deze plek gehyped is. Wij zouden dit hotel niet adviseren.

Hay unos huéspedes en el hotel que son adorables, dos perritos que se portan muy bien y son una monada.
Aunque ya sabíamos desde el principio que no había agua caliente, sería un punto a mejorar ya que en ocasiones hace bastante frío.

L’emplacement, le côté tranquille
Des chiens de garde énormes, il y en a un qui est rentré dans notre chambre en grognant. Nous ne sommes pas tous à l’aise avec les animaux. Le ménage n’a jamais été fait dans notre chambre car c’est jusqu’à 11h30, et nous étions toujours présent à cet heure-ci. Nous voulions partir un jours plus tôt et nous n’avons pas été rembourser de la nuit. Aucun geste commercial de l’hôte. Décevant. Ah oui et l’eau est très très froide dans la douche.

Fue una experiencia espectacular. Un lugar romántico en el mismo pueblo de Minca. Tiene muy cerca todo, nosotros nos fuimos caminando a las cascadas y tiene acceso a un río donde te puedes bañar. El personal y la comida fue excelente. Las habitaciones estaban muy lindas y románticas. Nos fuimos en carro y nos ayudaron con el parqueadero varias horas antes de hacer el check in. 10/10.

El hotel es muy cómodo y cuenta con una maravillosa entrada al río que vale toda la pena disfrutar. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y los desayunos son bastante buenos. La ubicación es magnifica, ya que se puede disfrutar del pueblo y se puede llegar caminando desde el terminal de transporte. Despertar con el sonido del río y la aves es una gran experiencia. Adicional a eso, el personal siempre fue muy atento y amable.
No había agua caliente, aunque esto ya lo sabíamos con anticipación.

The food is outstanding, every dish we tried was on another level. The hotel is located right next to a river with a beautiful view. Rooms have AC but it isnt really necessary at night. WiFi is pretty fast, as they have Starlink.
The beds on one side of the Hotel are made out of wood and creak a lot when you move, so maybe stone beds like on the other half of the hotel rooms would be better.

The location is close to everything in town and at the same time you feel that you are in the middle of nature. Breakfast was also good!
I didnt like that the laundry was very expensive and the staff didnt have clear the information about the prices.

Location is great and easy to get to, really close to the town area. There’s a great place to dip into the river just a bit further down than the hotel. Breakfast was nice, although I do think they could serve a little earlier or potentially for people who have tours/early starts offer a takeaway breakfast/sandwich thing.

C’était sublime! L’aménagement des lieux était recherché,un design parfait . Le personnel étaient accueillant et bienveillant.Nous avons logé 4 nuits,c’était relaxant ,le petit dejeuner était succulent. Je recommande fortement cette hôtel , si je retourne à Minca j’y retourne assurément.

las habitaciones superior como la catalogan en booking son super bonitas y cómodas. El desayuno es uno de los mejores desayunos que he tenido en mi viaje. El personal fue super amable y tiene acceso al rio.
durante la estadía que registre en booking todo fue perfecto, por lo que decidimos quedarnos una noche mas, lamentablemente no había espacio en las habitaciones superiores, así que accedimos por otro tipo de habitación, y en esta si encontramos varias cosas que habíamos leído en anteriores comentarios, pero q en nuestra primera habitación no pasaba. Una de las cosas mas importantes es que no tenia cortina el baño y aunque parezca una cosa innecesaria, créanme que se vuelve necesaria por privacidad.
Otro de los puntos que quizás deben considerar, es el agua caliente. Esto también lo habíamos leído en los comentarios, pero al ser una zona caliente pensamos que no era importante. Si vienes de una caminata, no hay nada mas refrescante que darte una ducha con aua fría, pero si estas en la habitación por un rato y prendes el aire acondicionado y tu cuerpo se enfría, no es tan agradable.

Vriendelijk personeel die hun best deden om het je naar je zin te maken. We mochten onze backpacks achterlaten voor de lost city trek.
Koud water, ze hebben nog geen warm water. Ook wifi is niet werkte niet en ontbijt is karig en duurt erg lang. We betaalde voor één fles wijn meer dan 25 euro, wat niet redelijk was voor hetgeen wat we kregen.

El baño no tiene puertas y no tiene extractor de olores. Tienen una política extraña de cobrar por las bebidas que llevas a la habitación, eso lo entiendo para el restaurante, pero no para la habitación, en ningún hotel del mundo me habían prohibido entrar licores y mucho menos revisar mis pertenencias.

What a beautiful spot, right on the river. We loved being able to walk down to the river for a swim, so refreshing for the hot afternoons in Minca. The rooms are clean and modern, with air conditioning, a super comfortable bed and lots of space! Loved having breakfast overlooking the river. We sadly only had one night here, would have loved to stay longer.
If you are on the lower level, people can see into the room. We weren’t bothered and there are lovely slatted doors to close for privacy, but this would be the only downside for us.

Top locatie! Zo in het centrum van Minca en slechts een paar minuten lopen naar de route van Marinka waterval.
Service is super, na een dag met voedselvergiftiging op bed werd er zelfs speciaal een kippensoepje voor ons gemaakt.
Hotel is nieuw, je ziet zeker dat er wat met de aandachtspunten in andere reviews is gedaan!
De service, locatie en vriendelijkheid van het personeel maakt een heleboel goed hier. Hoe dan ook was het de prijs niet helemaal waard.
Er zit geen afzuiging in de kamers wat er voor zorgt dat het een vochtige bedoeling word. Alle spullen worden vochtig, onze reisstekker doorgebrand door vochtigheid en er hangt een gekke muffe lucht in de kamers. Niet goed voor de gezondheid maar ik denk ook niet best voor alle meubels in de kamers. Het ziet er verder allemaal netjes, verzorgd uit - maar wel alsof alles low-budget gemaakt is.
Wellicht kunnen jullie iets met bovenstaande, dat zou jullie prachtige plek namelijk nog prachtiger maken!

Location was great and the design itself from the outside as well. We also liked the riverside entry.
The room was super dark (we were on the groundfloor), no sun came in so it was a bit stinky as well. We stayed three nights and didn’t have one cleaning (!) and you know in Southamerica you throw toilet paper in the bin… The sink in the shower was stuck and the furniture was dusty, some spiderwebs in the corners.
Breakfast is included but not a lot of variety (and not a lot), served on plastic plates with cheap juice and no bread (only sweet small croissants).
There were three big dogs running around and when you have anxiety - not cool.

De ligging is geweldig! Aan een rustgevende rivier maar tegelijkertijd maar 5 minuutjes lopen van het kleine centrum.
Het hotel is vlamnieuw en keurig netjes! Personeel super behulpzaam en prima ontbijtje!
Een klein minpuntje… er was geen warm water, maar ja met 35 graden boeit dat ook niet echt natuurlijk.
