Good Location, Comfortable Room

This very nice hotel is so easy to find after you get off the train. Just go out the main exit on the pedestrian mall and look to your right. You will see the top of the hotel from there. It is an easy five minute walk from there. Check-in was easy with the help of the receptionist, which made check-out easy. The staff members who helped us were kind. Our room was small, but comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was good. This hotel is within walking distance of Tanga Market and Kokura Castle.

The location of the hotel and the overall comfort of the room.

The elevators were not so user-friendly. Too much waiting, and they stopped systematically on the second floor (lobby), even when not needed.

Good price considering its location and restaurants nearby. Staff is very friendly and helpful, provided us a manual guide of tourist attractions. Spacious room especially when we travel with a kid.

A bit dark in the room. Deco looks a bit old, but considering the price I'd still recommend the stay.

Conveniently located just next to the train station

Very convenient, just a 5-mins walk away from the main train station (Kokura). Staff were friendly and welcoming, room was clean with all the basic amenities provided. Would recommend travelers to pick the Moderate Double Room instead of the Standard Double Room if you prefer a more spacious bed and room (especially for tall travelers like my husband).

Superb

The bath room is super comfy for Japanese hotel, with rain shower! The hotel is quite new. Near to the station. Lots of restaurants nearby. 5 min walks to Tanga market (open 10am though).

The elevator always stop at 2nd floor (lobby) without click on 2.
