Welcome to our spacious mid-mod home with city views in the heart of Capitol Hill! Enjoy close proximity to downtown SLC, SLC International Airport, Temple Square, Salt Palace CC, restaurants, trailheads, skiing, and more. Perfect for family or friend ski trips, weekend getaways, staycations, business trips or a serene and well-appointed home base while exploring everything SLC has to offer.

Our home is fully stocked and has been completely renovated to provide a modern and unique experience.

It took me hours to look thru VRBO listings to be sure to find a place that would meet all of the needs of our group. We were in SLC for a wellness convention and I envisioned trying to get as many of us to stay together as possible. This type of atmosphere allows deeper conversations and team building opportunities. Well, we found it here! It is just as it is described in the description/photos. Beautifully decorated.... every detail was appreciated! And the view!! Amazing! And the skyline twinkling lights were mesmerizing at night! We walked to the convention center in the morning, but usually took an Uber back in the evening because the hill coming back up is a bit challenging, but doable. The house is located in a cute neighborhood... we didn't have any issues. And we didn't realize at first, but at the top of the hill behind the house is a trailhead that you can hike to go up and have an absolutely incredible view of the entire city.... literally just steps away! We were very pleased with the accommodations and would stay here again! Thank you!
