About this house rental

Summary:
Yes, we are pet friendly and secluded here at the end of our road! Our property is also at the end of the lake inlet giving privacy from boat traffic.

Plenty of space for everyone with 3,128 Square Ft Lake House with 7 bedrooms and 3 baths! Just a few steps and you will be in our open concept living room to the dining and the dining to the kitchen! Head out onto the back screened in porch and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere!

The Space:
CAR CHARGER
Just arrived and have an electric vehicle? We have you covered with an Emporia EV Charger Level 2, 48 amp Outdoor Electric Car Charger (You Will Need a Tesla Adapter).

Where to cook?
Upstairs we have a fully kitchen with all full sized appliances, Traditional Drip and Keurig Coffee Makers, Coffee Grinder, 6-Quart Crock-Pot Slow Cooker, Blender
Downstairs we have a kitchenette with Full size fridge / freezer and Traditional Drip, coffee grinder, and Keurig Coffee Makers

Outside we have a Weber Propane Grill - we supply the propane!

We have a private swim dock which is the perfect place to launch a kayak or just sit by the lake!

As of October 24, 2024 we have 2' of water at our dock. Plenty to launch the kayaks, sit beside, or drop a line!

CLEANING:
We clean and prepare our property for guests between 10AM check out and 4PM check in.

LATE CHECK OUT / EXTENDING YOUR STAY
Extending your check-out past 10am will affect our ability to have the house ready for 4pm check-in. We can alway look to see if the following night is available for rent if you would like to extend your stay to the following day at 10am.

My family had a reunion at this lovely house. Eleven of us were very comfortable. We were able to fish and kayak from the dock. We toasted marshmallows at the fire pit. Tugaloo State park is very close by, with a very nice beach and a fun mini golf course. The house is very close to main roads for easy access to the surrounding area. Don’t miss the delicious donuts purchased in Fair Play Georgia. I highly recommend this home.

This lake house is exceptional! The house layout is roomie and flowing - basically 2 separate & complete living spaces with beautiful quality furniture & all the amenities needed for a week away at the lake. The house was spotless and the owners made sure there were extras of everything including coffee pods, soap, shampoo, etc. The house is bright with views of the lake from many rooms. The house is situated at the end of the cove - such a short walk to the dock and unlike most locations, there was no steep decline to get to the lake. The owners improved the area all around the house with cement, which made it easy on the roomy driveway, on the walk down to the dock and around the fun fire pit. My family enjoyed taking out the kayaks which were available for us to use. We most enjoyed the extremely Large game table with many games available and comfortable gaming chairs ... we spent every single night playing assorted games for hours! Beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. The property managers were incredibly kind and helpful upon request which we appreciated. It is very important to use your GPS to get into and out of the neighborhood - as you may find yourself on a few unpaved difficult roads. We cannot wait to book this house again!

It was a very nice property, and everything is clean and very well thought out. This is not a place that you will regret staying, it is spacious and very relaxing.
