The room was comfortable. But the 'continental breakfast' was a joke. Juice machine broken, got koolaid instead. 2 kinds of surgary cereal, white bread for toast. No fruit, no egg, no yogurt. Nothing healthy.

The best part was finding an unopened pack of black n mild blunts and 3 cents under the recliner. Pool filled with trash closed. Trash littered everywhere outside. Our room smelled strongly of the devils lettuce! Breakfast was bread, jam, dry cereal with an empty milk jug.

The pool and jacuzzi were not available and out of service all summer. Many people in the parking lot in chairs & a lot of children running around screaming until about 10 pm in the parking lot.Many trains all night running on the other side of the RR tracks. My view was a pot hole parking lot & a RR track. Shows signs for drive up check in but they don’t use it. The tub backs up and drains very slow, Less than a 1/2 roll of toilet paper was in room. The room felt like it had not been rented in a long time, it had a musky smell. When looking at this on line through Hotels.com it was very Deceiving by the pictures and the amenities. Only stayed 4 nights. I can tell you that I will never go back and will pay more money to stay somewhere else. I chose this hotel so I could bring some family over to swim and possibly spend a night with me, but that was changed due to the deceiving information & pictures on line. I wish I had taken pictures, but I was only there to sleep and shower. Hardly any sleep due to all the trains all night long and the shower backing up. The only good thing about this hotel was the price! I will definitely do more research and pay more money in the future!

Nice staff

I think this is an old Red Roof Inn 'property'. There has been no renovation of the bathroom, sink top or other fixtures for maybe 20-25 years. The room was clean but the last painter was sloppy and it shows. The walls needed some patching. The landline phone didn't work at all - I pointed that out to the desk person who didn't seem to care. Exterior grounds also showed their age. Railings on the second floor needed some paint. The Wi-Fi was weak and inconsistent. They have smoking and non-smoking rooms and charge extra for a non-smoking room. When I asked 'why', I was told it is because they have to change the sheets every day (I stayed 2 nights) but they don't with smoking rooms. The 'free breakfast' was a choice of two cereals or plain bread. Oh yeah - there was coffee.

Despite some of the reviews I stayed for a few days without any issues. The staff are great, resolved a double booking accident quickly with no problems. It’s a bit worn but I noticed the staff service the appliances. So I’d recommend it.

I picked this hotel for the pool,we come every year,this year we came a day earlier so we could enjoy the pool."Our feet were black from walking on the floors,when my wife said something,the clerk said they swiffer them,which means they're not properly cleaned.In my room ,the desk chair was missing a wheel and it looked like an orange soda exploded in the freezer and was never cleaned outand no one ever even came to see it after being notified. My wifes' room had a leaking mini fridge,but she chose to wait till checkout to say anything.

Ita a crap hole, i didn't realize till the morning of check out that my door lock wasn't working. Sitting on toilet was like sitting on a rocking chair. The bed had more waves then the ocean, i was put in a smoking room and was told that's what the app booked and that if i wanted a non-smoking room it would cost more and be smallwr and not till tomorrow at earliest. The juice they served for breakfast sat out all night, they served dry ceral that had all been mixed together. It was fruity pebbles and wheaties (who does that).

The staff was very nice and polite. But the area is not safe. The police showed up 3 times of our knowledge on our 1 night stay for different reasons. The people who are around the area or rent are not safe. The room wasnt clean the floors were sticky. And the tub was a dirty mess.

When I got there the toilet was messed up I didn't know that it was to that extent I reported the toilet they had it on the board to check out they never checked the toilet out I complained the three different people about the toilet no nothing was ever done and they kept my $50 deposit because of the toilet

This hotel was horrifying. There were men described by the front desk as 'workers' roaming around the grounds and hanging out in front of the hotel rooms. At one point we tried to leave pur room and there were at least 30 of these men congregating in front of our room. It was very unsettling and we felt extremely unsafe.

Continental breakfast consist of only 2 types of cereals, slices bread no butter an tea. A deception of Continental breakfast.

Did not have blankets & a lot of amenities, asked the front desk and they told me they aren’t able to get it until the next day when house keeping comes back. Charged me a deposit when I paid with a card.

Other than the bug I found crawling on me under the sheet in the middle of the night, it was relatively clean. There were also sticky/greasy spots on the night stand left by a bottle of something relatively sticky. Overall a pretty disappointing stay even for a “value” hotel.

A budget friendly motel in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Staff are courteous and accommodating. Pest free.

Let’s just say I’m shocked it’s still in business and Choice Hotel puts it’s name on it. Peeling paint, damage floors, heater dirtier than an abandon house, peeling wallpaper and toilet moves, furniture that is half broken, a chair that is as dirty as the heater. This is even lower than the “you get what you pay for”. Only thing good was the bed was sleepable.

The cleaning person called off. One would think that they would let the guests know. So day number 2 with no towels

Dirty, stinky, my cpap still smells like smoke. And my luggage is still in the garage, 5 days later! The rooms filthy

Room was dirty,bugs crawling all through room. Trash can was full of trash,half bottle of lotions and shampoo instead of fresh new bottles. The towels looked as if they were used by previous guest. On check out date house keeper knocked as they were opening the door, didn't give any time to respond.

The place is okay. Needs up dated, but then the price would also rise. I needed a cheap place to stay. I was not out of the room by 11:00 am and the cleaning service started banging on the door and saying yelling. I could not understand them. They did this several times. Even opened the door. Thankfully I had the safety chain on the door. I was out of there as soon as possible and the cleaning guy was sitting on the step smoking, waiting for me.

I travel frequently and this by far was THE WORST motel I have ever stayed in where do I start? 1st the rooms were disgustingly dirty, the first room, yes I said first room because they had to move me, was filthy the floors (all tile) were not even moped and had some sort of beverage spilled all over im not talking a spot im talking like a whole two-liter or something and the bathroom door didn't even have a handle on it, so I asked to be moved the second room was not much better still very dirty but hey at least the bathroom door closed although therr was a whole in it as if someone kicked it in at some point and also had graffiti on it, also there was a chair in the room and was disgusted when I lifted up the cushion this thing has not been cleaned in years although I did find 14 cents in creases when I asked a housekeeper to vacuum it she said she didn't even have a vacuum. I also rented a second room for my mother and aunt and their room was deplorable also their's actually had bloody sheets yes I said it BLOODY SHETS, their excuse was well sometimes sheets are stained even after a wash, really? cause when we lifted the sheet up there was a bloody tissue underneath, the ONLY reason we did not switch hotels right then and there is we were pressed for time, we got there at 3 and had to be at a wedding at 4 .BEWARE do not under any circumstance stay here you will regret it

The staff was extremely rude! Our light in our bathroom busted and the ceiling was leaking and they didn’t want to give us a new room. We had to jump through hoops to get it switched it was ridiculous never will be back
