Our guests enjoy glimmering lake views right from the kitchen, living room and deck after immersing themselves in the beauty and activities in the surrounding area. HOME TRUTHS:
☆ No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Lake Tahoe, our cabin does not have air conditioning.
☆ Uncontrollable Circumstances: We are not responsible for poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter months. Winter travel may require 4WD, chains, or snow tires. We recommend purchasing trip insurance for additional protection.
☆ Peak Season Noise: Our home is located on North Lake Blvd, which can be noisy during peak months.
☆ Sleeping Arrangements: Two of our bedrooms feature cozy trundle beds, best suited for children or young adults.
☆ One lesson we've learned about the great outdoors is the frequent requirement to wipe down the deck furniture. Despite our efforts to maintain the utmost cleanliness for your convenience, it seems that nature is working against us. You may need to wipe down the outdoor table, chairs, and any other outdoor seating. The dust and pollen accumulates within a matter of hours.
☆ Outdoor furniture (including the BBQ) may not be available in the winter months (November - May).

*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.*

While we don’t even want to think about your plans changing, sometimes life throws us a curveball. When plans go awry (road closures, winter storms, fire season, etc.), travel insurance can be a godsend. While we don’t recommend one provider over another, Forbes maintains this updated list of "cancel for any reason" carriers for your consideration. We are happy to share a link to this list - just ask!

I would not book this house again in the summer if you want to relax. The moment we arrived I communicated with the property manager that the house was extremely hot, and the five small fans provided could not cool the house. The property manager told us to open windows and it would cool off, it did not cool off until after 2 am and if you are a light sleeper like me, the noise from the road kept me up. At 3 pm on Day 2 it was over 81 degrees in the house and the house did not cool off that night. I continued to communicate with the property managers, but they did not offer any assistance. We had to go to a hotel the last two nights of our trip. I am giving it two stars because the house was very well stocked and after some back and forth with the property managers they gave us 1 night’s refund.

Perfect for us everyone had their own room and there are some nice lake views. Be aware that It is on a fairly busy street and there isn’t AC but it stays pretty cool with the fans. W stayed in July in a heat wave and were ok. It has a nice fenced yard for your pet. I’d stay here again.

Really enjoyed a week in this cabin with my family. Kids were fans of the huge TVs and the infinity game table. Kitchen is well stocked and well labeled. Wifi worked great. No strange requirements at checkout and check in. Easy comms with the host management. Bathrooms are freshly remodeled. Location is nice — easy drive to Kings Beach and a ton of boat and watercraft rentals. Incline Village and sand harbor are 15-20 mins away. There’s also a park with a massive playground nearby — 5-10 min drive.

We went there as two couple and a single adult. The house is as described in the listing. Even though it has the sq footage of the place, I thought it’d be bigger. For our group, it felt a little tight. The living room isn’t really set up for more than four people at the most if the TV is on. We spent most of our time on the front porch with a filtered view of lake. It was nice out there and only really hot for an hour when it was in direct sun. The grill was also nice and in good shape. However, the traffic was pretty loud and consistent as mentioned in the listing. We also appreciated the house being dog-friendly but it was a drive to access the lake at all for the dog as it’s all private access within a walkable range.

One of the best Vacation Rentals we have stayed at. Convenient location, homey and comfortable with modern amenities. Kids loved the games on the Infinity Table, good for the young and the young at heart! Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!
