This is a completely private lower unit apartment, with a private entrance and digital keypad lock. This is a rear lower unit with an abundance of daylight in every room, and an open floor plan. Free off street parking - park in the driveway, behind the security and peace of mind of a gate! Pet friendly apartment with a fully fenced backyard! Come enjoy a BBQ on your private patio deck, while looking at the beautiful mountains - and the patio is fully dedicated just for guests!

This is a complete apartment (rear-lower unit). All guest areas are secured and fully private - includes 100% dedicated entrance, patio, kitchen, bathroom, & even a dedicated laundry room - no interior shared space in the entire apartment!
Stay for a day or a month, you’ll feel right at home!

There are 7 steps to enter the apartment. Once inside, there are no steps.
We have a secure, outdoor storage shed that’s dedicated for guest use. It’s plenty big enough for extra luggage, skis or bikes.
Pets welcome! Just please be sure to clean up after them and leave no trace for the next guests. Fully fenced yard - please keep gates closed. Please see the house rules for complete information.
