Amazing

The room and bed was clean modern and comfortable. The 3 ladies working at reception were so friendly and helpful, would love to return to this hotel!

The hotel breakfast could be improved and more organised for the volume of guests attending it. Not enough food/seating/plates and cups for everyone.

Piacevole

Lo staff molto gentile e sorridente. L'ascensore. Buona colazione al buffet al quinto piano. Bella camera matrimoniale ampia con una bellissima vista sulle montagne. Il letto comodo. La posizione del hotel è centrale, ma non è esattamente sulla strada trafficata, quindi non si sentono i rumori delle macchine. Uno dei pochi hotel a Vang Vieng che ha la piscina privata(al terzo piano) direttamente sul posto e non come gli altri che c'è l'hanno nella descrizione ma appartiene ad un'altro edificio quindi bisogna spostarsi lì per poter usufruirne.

Porte scricchiolano, sono abbastanza rumorose. La TV c'è, ma non funziona, praticamente non c'è l'antenna, quindi fa solo da decoro...da quello che mi hanno spiegato alla reception, non si trattava solo della tv nella mia camera.... I teli a disposizione nella zona piscina erano spesso macchiati, non lavati bene o per niente. Il filtraggio della piscina era spesso spento e l'acqua non era pulitissima, soprattutto perché non ci sono le doccia nella zona piscina e purtroppo ho visto diverse persone buttarsi sporchi e vestiti.

Good value, nice hotel

Clean Hotel, good location, good value for money

The name in booking doesn‘t match with the name on google. This made it nearly impossible to find the hotel, even it is right in the center of town. If Google maps can not find you, you do something WRONG.

Vang Vieng- couldn’t wait to leave.

Cheap! Well placed for the restaurants etc. Nice breakfast- lots of fruit and eggs. Nice coffee

Pool wasn’t on site. Room description was “ city view” Room had a large window overlooking someone else’s hotel room so we had no privacy at all and had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. View of the mountains from adjacent communal narrow balcony was nice. Rear of the hotel overlooks waste ground/ construction site.

Really good hotel!

We were so impressed with our stay at Sisaveng. The room is exactly like the photos, clean, comfortable beds, hot water in the shower, effective AC, modern decor and a really good breakfast included in the price. We found the staff to be so friendly and helpful for anything we needed including new towels and extra pillows when requested. One of our party were injured at the time and they were really kind and had an accessible lift. We found the location to be absolutely perfect, so central to all of the restaurants and bars without being too close to hear the noise. Really recommend staying here!

One night of our 7 night stay there was incredibly loud music coming from some sort of event that was pitched up next to the hotel. Thankfully this was a one off and it was quiet every other night. The balcony was incredibly dirty but didn’t impact our stay too much.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location and lovely little breakfast that was included. Aircon was great and it was lovely watching the sunset on the outer balconies and seeing the hot air balloons fly over! Would stay again!

The staff is very very friendly! They helped us with everything, they event went to the train station to buy tickets for us since everything was sold out. Also location is good!

Disappointing, it could be a really nice property

Good location - it was close to restaurants/cafes etc. Buffet breakfast was served, which was okay.

Check in was unprofessional. Our bedroom was dirty, there was a pair of mouldy flip flops in the bathroom when we arrived, the wallpaper was coming off the walls. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom and when you showered everything in the bathroom got wet. Television, hairdryer, softer wall lights didn’t work so we had a bright ceiling light glaring in our face all evening. Balcony view was also of a car park on the ground floor. Property advertises a pool, but we did y see one the whole time. Overall, pictures on booking looked nothing like our room and we paid an extra £5 for a deluxe double room, but nothing about the room felt deluxe

Could be amazing, but it was horrible. Take your bet.

We liked the location right in the center and 5m from bus stop in Vang Vieng, close to all shops etc. The views of the mountains from north side balconies and breakfast terrasse (5th floor) are great. Beds were very comfortable and shower was hot and good pressure. Breakfast was simple, but ok. Lots of potential.

Staff is a bit unwelcoming and weird, but they were alright in the end. We booked 5 nights and left after 2 and frankly should have left after the 1st one. We came back from our day to booming music again, it was 3pm so they did not want to refund that night. We left anyway. During our stay, there was constant heavy bass, ultra loud music all day long, till wee hours of the night. Horrible karaoke from place next door which hosts events (family dinners, weddings or whatever) is constant. You can hear it from everywhere on north side of hotel. Pick a room on south side and you’ll be sandwiched with property next door, 2m away. Maybe we were just unlucky. Maybe avoid weekends. But if you look closely, almost all the reviews of this place seem fake. All same dates, dot and exclamation point: red flag. NO POOL, its being built. Not the cleanest place either. We are used to travelling a lot, but that was really not a good experience.
