A luxury, contemporary villa just a couple of minutes walk from Pampelonne Beach and a short five minute drive into St Tropez village. Set in spacious tropical gardens and enclosed private grounds, this property is all on one level offering 3 bedrooms in the main house and an additional two bedrooms in the pool house suite which can be two doubles or a double and living room. The villa is fully air-conditioned and alarmed.
The attractive exterior has white walls, terracotta roof and wide windows providing light and space. The interior accommodation is all on one level with the French windows throughout the property opening directly onto the pool and garden. Two living rooms provide a homely yet stylish ambiance with comfortable sofas, period pieces and modern art on the walls. There's a large contemporary kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances which leads through to an open plan area and to a separate dining room with long wooden table and chairs.
The bedrooms are bright and airy and have been tastefully designed and decorated and are fitted with sumptuous bed linen and quality mattresses in each room. The bedrooms in the main house each have en-suite bathroom and in the pool house share a family bathroom. All bathrooms are luxurious and sophisticated, equipped with gleaming floor-to-ceiling tiles, ceramic sink units, heated towel rails and fluffy towels.
The villa has a stunning pool which can be heated, complete with comfortable sun loungers and white parasols. It is enclosed within beautiful gardens with sea view, which offer a profusion of palm trees and Mediterranean plants. The barbecue terrace has a modern gas barbeque, wooden table and chairs and comfortable wicker seating, and overlooks the gardens and the sea and provides the ideal setting for al fresco lunches or simply for relaxing during glorious afternoons. There is a gated entrance and parking for up to six cars.
The property has a safe for depositing valuables and is security alarmed. There is air conditioning as well as high definition satellite televisions and DVD high definition players throughout. With its proximity to the coast and excellent standard of comforts and amenities, this villa provides a wonderful venue for families or groups wishing to relax whilst at the same time being ideally placed to explore the attractions of St Tropez.
