Tall dune grasses separate the ocean waves from the gentler water of a 40’x16’ in-ground pool with tanning ledge, surrounded by plenty of chaise lounges, a 6-person hot tub, and a cabana featuring a 55” Smart TV, Bluetooth® stereo system, and a tiki bar to keep the refreshments coming. Two outdoor showers provide a refreshing rinse from the sandy beach. Take advantage of two gas grills to turn every afternoon into a convivial cookout. As the grill heats up, so does the competition at the shaded ping pong table or inside in the game room, where a pool table, shuffleboard, and arcade games raise the stakes. This room also features a wet bar with an icemaker and full-size refrigerator and a sofa that gives you full view of the Smart TV. For those seeking a more relaxing endeavor, the home theater across the way obliges with two rows of five theater seats that recline as you settle in for a cinematic escape. Two king master bedrooms, a master bedroom with two pyramid bunks, and a half-bath complete this level.
Six of the home’s bedrooms, all king masters, occupy the second level and are easily accessible by the all-floor elevator. Some have double vanities and access to private furnished decks. All have their own Smart TVs. The final two bedrooms, both king masters with double-vanity baths are located on the third level, just off the great room, and provide convenient access to where family and friends gather for meals, entertainment, and memorable moments. The gleaming chef’s kitchen features premium stainless appliances, including two refrigerators, two dishwashers, double ovens, and a six-burner stovetop — perfect for feeding a large and hungry crowd. Six stools line the breakfast counter, adding to the seating provided by two dining tables that accommodate 20. Another wet bar with a beverage refrigerator is located close to the Smart TV and conversation area, allowing for easy entertaining. Endless entertainment is what lies just beyond the great room’s sliders, too, as a spacious and furnished oceanfront deck draws you into nature’s show – whether it’s catching the morning sunrise, the flight of seagulls, or dolphins at play in the surf.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.

*Please note that this property has a pool that can be heated for $600. Pool heaters, when pool heat is purchased, are set to 80 degrees, but pool temperature cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs are welcome for a fee of $200/dog/week.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.
